This place doesn't deserve a single star. We travel alot and have stayed in many hotels... this is by far the worst place EVER! The moment you walk in you can smell the uncleanliness. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. Clothes tags were all over the floor and size stickers stuck to the floor. There was hair all in between the sheets of the beds. And in one bed I found the plastic tie from the clothes tags. The mini fridge wasn't cleaned out. It was full of food and drinks from previous occupants. The bathtub still had hair in it. The walls had black marks, like shoe prints all throughout the room. The ceiling above the bathroom was covered in water damage stains. The 2 provided towels were dirty. We asked for a refund but was denied. Instead he offered to switch our room. We got to see the room before we switched and unbelievably the room we had was better. Do yourselves a favor and skip this place.

This hotel room was very nasty and terrible. Was given a room by Frank the manager that was so nasty and disgusting. The shower had black stuff on it, nasty stain on the walls/floors, saw roaches in the hotel room, the security latch in hotel room was broke in half and they had nasty hotel mattress out by the pool. Even the tub was nasty. The hotel is by the freeway and all you here all night is the noise from the freeway. This place is so terrible the prices of a room is to high. And beware of your charges. I was charged $200 on my credit card. Which I was only suppose to be charged $100 for the room deposit. The person at the front desk try to tell me that there was no such charge. But my account showed the $200 charge. Very poor service Beware !!!!!!!!

AWFUL!!!! This place is filthy. Our room had sunflower seeds and a puddle of what looked like urine on the floor. There was blood on the walls and blankets. The sink was clogged with I don’t even know what. When asking the manager on duty for a refund, she argued and said they didn’t issue out refunds but would get us into another room. We checked out the other room and it was a tiny bit better but nothing I would allow my children to stay in. My husband was finally able to argue with her a little more and she finally agreed to a refund.

The line to check in was so long front desk could care less even heard the guy argue with a woman because she had an issue with her room. As I waited in line to check in the people ahead of me were all coming in after leaving to go to their rooms. No hot water stinky foul smells rooms missing things key cards not working. After hearing all this I knew I didn't want a room at this location I left and I seen even more people outside complaining about their issues. This location apparently can care less glad i was able to witness this before check-in in

Worst motel I have ever stayed at! I do not recommend this place at hotel at all! First room I was checked into should not have been rented to anyone! Headboard leaning against the side of the bed, lamp shade off, bed clearly had been used, front of A/C unit torn apart. Second room they moved me to was only slightly better.. 3 different remotes to control the TV! No wash cloths in the bathroom, and no one answers the phone when you call the desk. Then the smoke detector was not in the ceiling, you can see the wires hanging down! Will never ever stay here again!

The bed sheets were disgusting, had orange stains on them, the blow dryer was so old and never touched obviously because when I turned it on it blew out smoke and had the whole room smelling like nasty smoke. I would never stay here again, wasted $100+ on this room !! (people also say there are rats, bed bugs and all of that so beware!!)

Price is low compare to others if you are looking or something cheap.But the service is quite disappointing. The cover sheet are dirty from the rooms that are being newly painted and the pillow cover has as cigarette burn. Fridge and microwave included in the room was good. But the next day we are suppose to check out the housekeeping keep knocking on our door 25 minutes before our check out time just to ask if we are going to check out that day. I think she was doing that so she could clean straight ahead and not go back to our room again. That is my first time to experience that kind of service in housekeeping in a long time that I have been staying in motels and hotels. If you don't like those kind of housekeeping better not stay to these kind of hotel chains.

The hosts were rude and yelling at each other, when I finally got a key that worked I found that the room had no towels no trash can no TV remote. The desk managed to give me one bath towel that had seen better days and a remote. The parking lot is unpaved and the building is infested with spiders. I booked online with a no-refund policy stuck for 3 days.
