All the negative reviews almost had me pass this place up, I’m so glad I gave it a go. Perhaps it’s all about timing or your own energy positive or negative that affect your outcome, however for me and my 3 day stay, this was a positive experience, the gentleman at the counter was friendly and professional, he even upgraded my room to accommodate my annoying needs at no extra charge, he also gave me great information as to the breakfast and wifi. The room was clean, and did not have any obvious and obnoxious smells.
Maybe I got lucky? Seems like a good place to stay for a few days, parking lot has good lighting and security cameras everywhere. Yes, the rooms and decor are a bit dated, however for about $50 a night, this is a great deal. If you approach situation with a friendly and positive attitude, you usually get positive friendly responses.
I will look forward to returning to this location on my next business trip.

Congratulations! This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The shower had not been cleaned in what appeared to be months, it was even slimy on the bottom. It had a rubber bath mat that no one would want to touch let alone put down and stand on. The cloth shower curtain had so much orange mold on it that it was actually stiff. The toilet had black mold in the bowl where the water runs in. The sink had more of that wonderful orange mold and mildew around the drain. The plug for the blow dryer was split down the seam ( I think they called that an electrical hazard). I had to sign my initial stating that I do not smoke, but the room already smelled like a stale ashtray mixed with what else but MOLD! Of course the remote control would not turn the TV on or off or adjust the volume (it did work manually on the TV). The remote did control the channels. The couple that waited on me were very pleasant people and did come help me with the TV. When I talked to the gentleman on the phone, he informed that 3 men had been in the room prior to me staying there. YUCK!!!! I think I will now go take a shower with bleach. For your own benefit, I highly recommend that you go next door and stay at that hotel.

The sheets were clean, but no extra bedding. Whatever was on the bed had to be stripped and cleaned before you could have clean sheets. Also, we found evidence of bedbugs (that were dead) and some rooms had live ones! Management and the buy guys told us that most of the bedbugs found were dead. If that were the case, why housekeeping wouldn't just vacuum the dead bugs up?! I found no bed bugs in my room, but it looked like it hadn't been used in a while. There was a soured bottle of chocolate milk in the trash can. No mattress cover on the bed. However, the sheets smelled clean. Decent size fridge and a small microwave. Decent enough for the price. Major drawback though? Manager was rude and unaccommodating. Tried everything in the book to get us to stay without having to do anything that would cost money. Would not go back. I wish this hotel the best of luck in the future and hopefully they'll be able to get back on track.

On arrival, we noticed that there were stains on the walls near the sink and all throughout the bathroom. There was also only one trash can for throwing trash away, and no one came to clean our rooms the entirety of our stay. The so called "continental breakfast" consisted of oranges and apples that had probably been there for days considering that we found rotting fruit in the trays. When trying to leave, despite them having made no effort to ever clean our room, they suddenly developed a major rush to get us out of our rooms at check out to "clean the rooms". As our family of 7, including 2 children, were coming out of the rooms to make sure we hadn't forgotten anything or left too much of a mess, we had our door knocked on loudly by this incredibly rude staff member. He proceeded to stand there and argue with us as we were ALREADY leaving the premise. And he even proceeded to stand there, curse us all out in front of our 2 kids, and call us cheap for choosing the hotel in the first place. The owner then proceeded to come out and inquire about what was going on, only to watch as his staff member kept cursing us out and arguing, without doing a single thing to stop him. I understand that the low price may be appealing for some people, but don't bother dealing with the rude staff members that work at this hotel. They will absolutely go out of their way to ruin your vacation by being rude, leaving your room a complete mess during your entire stay, and offering "amenities" that are severely unhygienic. Do not waste your time or money here, for your own good.

Rented room for husband attending a conference. When he arrived, room was located next to office, it smelled of a chemical that made his throat burn. Office said it was an air freshener and all rooms smelt that way. We booked him elsewhere and hotel penalized second night fee.

It wasn’t just air freshener.

Room featured black stains, cobwebs, stained towels with yellow blotches, shattered floor tiles and pink stains on shower curtain. Tub unclean. Bedclothes stained. Carpets were sticky and the room overall stank of dampness and dirtiness.

Clean, safe, can't beat the price. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot with coffee, continental breakfast. SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!!! Single female traveling alone. They gave me the room directly above the office which was very thoughtful and made me feel safe. Although it is an older motel I felt they did the best possible job with what they had. Location was safe. I would recommend to anyone who is traveling on a budget. Tub could have been cleaner which is why I gave 4 stars.

!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!! This place is so old it need to be renovated and torn down and rebuilt. Makes a bad name for Wyndham. Toilet leaking, roof in bathroom molded about to fall in,shower certain old torn and nasty, towels torn old and cheap,went to office to get more towels...no extra towels provided. Bed had a spot on sheets.... thank God I bring my Lysol to every hotel I stay to spray down everything definitely not worth the price. Also,the remote for the AC if you press it too hard it will turn off TV. TV just goes off no reason. I was scared to leave any of my stuff in the room. Thankful I had a receiving blanket to put on pillows for my kids. I wish I could choose no stars that’s how bad our stay was.Only good thing is the refrigerator gets cold. If this is your last option I wouldn’t stay here never ever again.

When me and my husband got there the maid's ask if we rented the room because she wasn't done with it, it smelled bad, didn't leave you enough towels,hand towels and only 1 wash cloth. There's no coffee pot, the hair dryer didn't work. When we checked in the rug was damp in front of the door and by the AC unit but not much so we really didn't think much about it, thought maybe whoever stayed there before us had just left and got it damp from coming in from the pool. But when we got up the next morning the rug was soaked all the way up to the bed. We did complain but management acted like we were bothering her. We will not go back.
