Bought two of the 15 in under seat carry on with usb charger port. The port connection recognizes the power bank but won’t charge. I attempted to contact the company but no one answered the phone and left a message for a call back but never received a call. Customer service seems nonexistent. Could really use help to correct this issue.

I purchased a 5 pc luggage set for my daughter. I received my order and one piece is missing from the set. I have contacted Travelers Club Luggage 8 times now; left 7 voicemails and absolutely NOONE will return my call. This company and customer service is worthless.

I bought this and took it on one trip and the handle pin fell out....grrr, (strike 1). OK then....I get that sometimes cheap products made in China may have faults and break on occasion...fine. I'm a reasonable person, so I reached out to their customer service via their website thinking they may stand behind their product and replace it...I've never even received a response...nada! So no replacement (strike 2) and no acknowledgement of my issue, nothing but radio silence from the customer service team (strike 3). You guys SUCK!

I had purchased a 3 piece luggage set. I finally got around to using the largest bag for a trip to Europe. Well sadly the wheel housing collapsed on its first adventure! When I got home I contacted Travelers Club. I spoke to Monica, who walked me through the warranty process and had a new bag sent out in no time.

So, if have Travelers Polo and Racquet Club Luggage, you may want to read this. You are out of luck if you need replacement parts for you TPRC Luggage. They do not stock them. So, if you are out of warranty the only choice you have is to purchase new luggage. Well, that will not be a new set from Travelers Polo and Racquet Club for sure. I left a negative review on their web page regarding this issue and they refused to post it in order to keep their ratings up.
