Been doing business with this amazing lady since 1987. She works hard to get you where you want to go. I told my husband I wanted to go to Vegas, since the last time was 95. She managed to get two seats together with a 5 days before. This is one of the amazing things she did for me she called Alaska air while she was on hold she told me its spring break 2023. She called us day before to make sure this airhead knew what I needed to know. She cared so much about our trip, like a good friend. My husband deleted our airline tickets. I got a hold of her super fast and laughed with me instead of an office person that would of been annoyed and rude to me. She made my Husband's very 1st time to vegas a blast.

Contacted them via their website on January 19, 2022. Received following message:
"Your request for more information has been sent, and we will contact you soon . . ." As of February 5th 2022, I have not received any further communication from them. Which is sad. My mother really enjoyed a trip they planned for her and I really wanted to use them, but ended up having to use someone else.

Very helpful staff. In business since 1989, formerly located in Everett. Small office building is behind a house in a safe residential area. Look for a sign on the driveway pointing to the sidewalk which leads to the offices.

Ehhhh it's someone's house! It's not suitable for a wheelchair or those handicapped.

Edit - There's no confusion about the location. It literally looks like someone's house, the location being around the corner and in the back. I still stand. It's not suitable for the handicapped. And having to further explain only drops my interest further.
