On our most recent family trip to the Bahamas on a Disney Cruise, he went above and beyond to assist us in getting back to the states after my mother was in ICU and subsequently passed. We recently spend 10 days in Hawaii. It will be our only trip to the Islands and we wanted to see as many of them as possible. We have some mobility issues so were concerned about flights between the islands.

Rob booked us a wonderful 4-island NCL package with a 3 day pre-cruise feature. The package savings were great enough that we were able to splurge on 1st class flight accommodations from the mainland. When the cruise was shortened by 1 day, impacting our flight home, Rob found us a beautiful room in a Waikiki hotel over-looking the beach. Problem solved!

With Rob partnering with our planning, we know we're going to have a wonderful trip and make the most of the experience!

My wife and I recently used Rob Schainker at Jan’s Travel and Cruise to plan a 3 week trip to Italy. It was a very complicated itinerary, as we were visiting 6 major cities and side trips to 10 other cities. The travel arrangements required hotel bookings in the 6 major cities and travel by planes, trains, boats and car to all of our different destinations. Rob accomplished all arrangements with no complications or problems. In addition to the hotels and travel, Rob also booked the many excursions and tours we enjoyed while visiting Italy. We relied heavily on Rob's expertise and suggestions for our choice of tours, and we absolutely loved everything he planned for us. We highly recommend Rob for anyone interested in hassle free travel and wanting expert advice on what to see and do while in country. He handled all our questions and wishes with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. As an example of his concern, we we returned, he personally called to see how everything went, and if we had any problems or complaints. (P.S., we had neither)
