We called for a last minute dinner reservation for Valentines and they were able to accommodate us right away. We had the walleye cheeks with cajun tartar and bacon wrapped scallops. Both were delicious but the cajun tartar was definately the perfect touch. My husband had the chicken parm and I had the steak and lobster. Everything was amazing! Salads were fresh and crisp. Ended the night with the tiramisu bomb and an old fashion sweet. Great job to the staff and our server Hailey! Keep up the great work!

Went out for my birthday. Evidently you can't get a steak on a Friday night. Offering a very limited menu or Friday Fish Fry. We decided that we drove 20+ miles to get there so we stayed for the fish fry. The fried fish was so thin and overcook. We had to ask someone other than our waitress for a second helping (because our waitress didn't come back to our table) and we were still hungry. It came and was cold. Will not be back.

Before you enter, there is easy parking and lovely landscaping. A beautiful hosta garden surrounds a small "pond" and there is a barrel with a decorative fountain that looks like an old fashioned pump.

We entered and the owner greeted us and took us to a table. We requested a different table that was easier for conversing. He quickly cleaned it off and reseated us.

The menu has a nice variety including daily specials. I ordered the special quarter chicken with spaghetti, and my mom ordered the Reuben. Both were delicious.

The chicken was deep fried an it was so different than anything I've ever had before. The breading was more than crispy, it was cracker-crispety-crunchy. I loved it! The chicken was moist and the breading wasn't overly salty, a reason I usually avoid fried chicken.

The spaghetti side was generous. The pasta was perfectly Al Dente. The sauce was thick and coated the pasta well. I don't know that it's made from scratch there, but it tasted like it was - deep tomato flavor.

I sampled the fries that came with my mom's sandwich. They were large, thick steak fries -my favorite kind of fries! I rarely eat fries, but I find steak fries irresistible. These were lightly salted, perfect for my taste.

My mom said her Reuben was delicious.

The waitress was friendly and seemed very experienced. I'll never be able to carry plates stacked up on my arms like that!

Took our daughter's family for dinner tonight. They have two youngsters (2&4). The kids enjoyed their kids meals and the adults did as well. Three of us had walleye which was excellent. My husband had the prime rib sandwich special which he liked too. We came at 4:30 and were happy to learn it was happy hour. The deserts were surprisingly good. They were on par with an offering at a fine dining restaurant in a metropolitan area. We had the key lime cake and Tuxedo chocolate ganache cake. Our server was very attentive and fulfilled our requests efficiently. We definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to go back again.

They were shorthanded so we waited a little longer but it was good food. Never got our cheese and cracker basket and didn't realize that until we were already eating our dinner.

Excellent Wednesday night fish fry. Old fashioneds, grasshopper pie, and turtle cheesecake were great as well. Fast and friendly service.

The steak was good and the waitress was nice, the salmon and fish fry were extremely overcooked and the cook argued that they weren’t. We didn’t even eat the salmon and they didn’t refund it. There’s no drink price menu for a reason - a Windsor old fashioned was $14, for a very sub par drink. Don’t even think about ordering an old fashioned sour, they don’t know how to make it and I’m pretty sure they’re from IL or something, because it tasted like it came from there. Don’t go here.

Food, mediocre. Service, same as everwhere. IConcept, if they get your money once, they win. As a local I would avoid this tourist trap
