The business center computer and the Wi-Fi will both non-operation the front desk sent me to a competitor's property to use their business center with after a few minutes I was asked to leave for one of their customers totally understandable but embarrassing the purpose of my visit was to help a friend with his disability claim and several other medical concerns and doctors appointments followers required a computer was unable accomplished the goals also my friend suffers from dementia Ash and Samantha were wonderful Ash works overnights and he was very compassionate towards my friend very helpful extremely polite and respectful to my wife my wife has health issues and can barely walk cuz you can't breathe he was very patient with her and help her with everything she needed cannot say enough about Ash and Samantha who although there's only been there 2 weeks try her best to help me circumnavigate their billing process very patient the general manager was really rude and mean to my friend you don't treat people with dementia like that he was just a major inconvenience for her so no compassion at all rude to us we tried to extend and we were told there was no rooms available in the morning and she was told no rooms available I tried texting and he said well and was able to book a roomwhat's my packing totally unnecessary it's been a couple hours doing that because again my wife has health issues and it takes a long time for her to get things together especially when it's last minute notice, the parking 14 dollars a day is not disclosed to you in a matter that is transparent it doesn't reflect on your bill until you check out I filled out a parking questionnaire wish I needed help with because I didn't have my glasses and nobody told me that it was $14 a day and I didn't even get issued a parking pass for the last 2 days I guess that means my vehicle could have been towed would never say this hotel again never

On Wednesday night was driving to San Bernardino I tried to book a room for that night and I couldn’t do a check in so I called the hotel and explained my situation. I was told not to worry that they had rooms available and they could help me at the front desk. My son had a reservation for the next day and I asked the hotel staff to make our reservation into one. I was charged for 2 nights with a credit card that I presented to the staff. I even told him so I don’t need to worry about the application. Long story short I was double charged. I was charged for a room that I didn’t use. Be careful when trying to reserve a room late at night.

Good location. Clean hotel. Great service! We had an event with dinner buffet. Monica the coordinator was exceptional. All the little details were smooth out. The whole staff are outstanding. They went over and beyond for us. I highly recommend for your events and hotel stay. Your family and friends will create wonderful memories.

There’s roaches in this hotel! Roaches can ruin your trip back home! Hotel seemed nice, but after seeing the roaches it makes me think how sanitary their breakfast is? I stayed for a week and now I’m going to ask for a refund! So pleaseeeee stay away!

First time at a TP. This one is cheaply made. Can hear all footsteps from room above ours. They weirdly charge $14 for parking despite there being no reason for it. In a city, sure parking makes sense but this is really just an up-jumped Motel 6 next to the highway - and I mean like 5 yards from the highway. There are better options in this area.

My car was broken into and cameras are out of service. Left my olive green iPhone in the room and housekeeping claims they “didn’t take it”. I never found my phone after that. No accommodations were made after my car was broken into and their security was sleeping on the job, nor the cameras worked.

As far as i'm concerned, this is the best Hotel that I've stayed in since I've been in California. In the last couple of weeks, the staff has made me feel like family. Monica, who is the Manager
Kenny, who is the GM And even Erica, the housekeeping manager have all made me feel like family. I should just sell my house and move into their hotel. And all the staff under their watch are incredible. I've never seen a hotel run so smooth.And Because of my job, I have to live in a lot of hotels throughout the year Even when I get off work at Eight or nine o'clock at night, The overnight clerk. Andrew has no problem cranking the grill up for me and making me feel right at home. I give this hotel 20 thumbs up. I hope my job keeps me here forever
