Superb Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. A special thank you to James and Bridget at the front desk for their outstanding customer service — they were friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The hotel is located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that feels very safe and peaceful. Just behind the property is a lovely park, perfect for morning walks or relaxing with the family. There's even a modern playground that the kids absolutely loved!

One of my favorite features was the 24/7 gym — so convenient for getting a workout in anytime. The housekeeping team was also fantastic, always leaving extra supplies without needing to ask. And if I ever needed anything additional, the front desk was quick to help.

All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

This was a really great place to stay in Vancouver. It was my very first time to Vancouver Washington and the first thing I noticed was how incredibly friendly the staff was when I walked in. Normally when you go to any hotel, the staff is friendly. However, the folks here went up and beyond. The entire property was spotless and well equipped. Although I didn't get to use the gym I poked my head in to have a look and it's definitely well maintained for a hotel gym. The pool area looked relaxing and nice, especially if you are traveling with your family. The rooms are spotless and well equipped and the cleaning stuff goes to the next level. Everyone, including the cleaning staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

We've stayed here for extended periods 3 times over the past year while having restoration done to our house in different phases. Every stay has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Maintenance staff helped me jump start my car once.
The rooms are nice, clean, and equipped with the basics you need if you want to do your own cooking. Cleaning staff are friendly and do a good job.
The location is great. There is a park and large lawns behind the hotel. Two great restaurants share a parking lot with Marriott. It's only a short drive to some other great restaurants and Target is a few minutes down the street.
We are back in our home for good which is great. But I'm honestly missing staying here a little.

We love coming back to stay here. It is in a great location and is always clean and so well-maintained with wonderful service. Staff are excellent--they are all so friendly and accommodating including the front desk, housekeeping, food service and even maintenance (who gave us chocolates after he fixed our sink drain!) We stayed here with our guests 8 years ago for our wedding at a local winery and returned this month to celebrate our anniversary which staff took the time to recognize. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay once again!

The front desk lady was very rude and had no respect. She would not let a 25 year old check in. She was yelling at my friend and was being very disrespectful. I will not be staying there because of the costumer service. She was rude for no reason at all.

Had an extended stay --- over a month --- and felt largely taken care of while living away from home/working remotely. Friendly, knowledgeable staff; one-bedroom suite w/fully-equipped kitchen; hotel laundry room; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate on demand; daily breakfast; well-landscaped grounds; lovely duck ponds; regular attention to cleanliness even in the common areas; quick access --- like, right there --- to La Provence and other restaurants, shops, and such.

The only demerit was the hotel's reponse during a January ice storm. Could've done more to make the parking lot/perimeter sidewalks safer, less slippery. They seemed rather out of their depth on that. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Overall this establishment is a gem. Definitely recommend.
