Stayed here one night. The hotel is not designed well for getting around inside the building. It is kind of a maze. Staff is friendly and really helpful. The room we stayed in was clean but a little run down. A couple little things didn't work correctly, such as the hardware on the drain in the shower. There were small blood stains on the top cover linens in one bed. They had been cleaned but not stain-removed.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting Olympia. The rooms are nice, the service is excellent, and the location works out well because you can walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The front desk team is awesome. Shout-out to Kati, Alex, Katara, Anaia, Trish, and Leanna. Thank you for the great service.

Katie at the front desk is awesome, infact I had forgotten my ear phones and some other stuffs ...called her and in next 5 minutes calls me back stating it's been secured and I can have it when I am back in town..
Phenomenal service and trust... here ...this is my 3rd time staying here, and no complaints

Close to are I was working. Didn't feel safe walking in the area after dark. My vehicle was broken into while parked in the garage.

Pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, well-appointed kitchen and great workspaces! Comfy bed.||So-so breakfast, really, can I have some kind of meat besides bacon? More used to the lovely spreads at European hotels, sigh.||Location is great for a short walk to the Capitol area, and to local restaurants like the Swank Wine Bar. A little sketchy neighborhood with an old RV and homeless sleeping on the porch of the church next door.||The radiator is in a strange place, partly blocked by the desk. Overall very modern and nice.

The room was not very clean but it was bearable, the service was absent except for the breakfast.

The location is located in a quiet area and close enough to the main areas of the city. The attending staff were quick to accommodate (we needed to change rooms) and were pleasant. One staff was about to go on break, but took a room call to help someone with their tv. We did not use the kitchenette, but it was well stocked and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered many fresh items. Thank you for the hospitality!

We booked a room for an overnight trip but ended up leaving at 11pm to drive home because of a very loud ventilation fan in our room that could not be shut off. It was loud enough to be very clearly heard through heavy duty ear plugs + a pillow over the ears. There was no way we would be able to sleep with the noise. All rooms have the fan, our room just happened to be the loudest. We will not stay there again and do not recommend the hotel if you are not a heavy sleeper.

The staff were all lovely.The front desk person tried their best to find another room, but as noted before, the fan was in all of them. The rooms were clean and reasonably nice. And the hotel had good onsite parking and was in a good location to walk to things.
