We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, it was clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. The room hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom vent was covered in dust, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper. The kitchenette floor was sticky, indicating it hadn’t been mopped properly. The furniture and carpet were stained, and items like the phone were noticeably grimy. There were even dirty dishes in the cabinets. Additionally, there was a collection of grime between the sink basin and the countertop. It seemed like the housecleaning staff did the bare minimum.||We requested a vacuuming, mopping, and an extra roll of toilet paper, but unfortunately, no one came to take care of it that evening, despite being assured they would. We ended up having to fetch the toilet paper ourselves. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping service on the last day of our stay, and as a result, we were left with full trash cans.||The rooms are in need of a deep cleaning, with so many areas left neglected. Considering the high price point, we expected much better. The breakfast was also lacking in variety and could definitely be improved.||On a positive note, the breakfast area was consistently clean, the room was spacious, and the gym was nice. The outdoor area provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was friendly overall.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The pizza place attached to the hotel makes delicious pizza! The rooms were a good size, with little kitchenettes and the beds were really comfortable. The pool and spa were great and outdoor fire areas really great. We had to ask for the kitchenette to be stocked with cutlery and didn’t have a pot, as didn’t have much in it, and only one lift was working (out of 2) the whole time we were there, which meant it was very slow, and the stairs go outside, so using those wasn’t an option. Apparently the other lift hadn’t been working for 4+ weeks. For the breakfast buffet they use all disposable bowls and plates, with plastic cutlery + single serve condiments, so bad for the environment. Why not use washable, reusable cups, plates and cutlery? I would have expected a Marriott hotel to be focussed more on sustainability. Customer service was hit and miss. Sometimes the staff were lovely, and other times it was hard to find anyone or they didn’t seem that interested in helping. Overall the stay was fine, but with a few changes, it would make it so much better.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Our room was dirty. Carpet is disgusting and full of stains. Curtains are dirty. Bathroom floor is dirty and full of hair. Dust was everywhere. I barely slept those four nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful though.

First stay was excellent which is why I decided to stay here once again however 2nd time. It was not the best. I stayed on a ground floor room. No issues with floor however more particularly with the room. I found it weird that there was a note left on the dishwasher door to practically put dishes away “open me”. The curtain was dangling. The walls smeared by the A/c unit . The stove top dirty. I don’t think the property keeps up with room maintenance. The sofa bed and chairs in the room dirty stained.

The hotel’s facilities and location near the airport are convenient, but the experience is completely ruined by the atrocious attitude of the breakfast staff. Honestly, if offering a complimentary breakfast means dealing with rude and condescending employees, it’s better not to offer it at all. In particular, the lady with blonde hair and glasses mostly all the time making team with another staff member called Marbella or something like that also annoying (apologies for the physical description, but we don’t know her name) made the experience downright unpleasant.

The atmosphere at breakfast is hostile, with staff behaving as though serving guests is a chore. It’s shocking that a hotel under the Marriott name would tolerate such unprofessional behavior. If the staff can’t handle the basics of hospitality, the hotel should either hire new employees or scrap the free breakfast altogether. Starting the day with such negativity sets a terrible tone for the rest of the stay.

This issue needs immediate attention if the hotel cares about maintaining any level of guest satisfaction.

I absolutely love the rooms. Very beautiful, spacious and convenient with the full kitchen and dishes, etc. The lobby area is very neat and nice looking. Outside the fire pits, pool and hot tub make the place very inviting. Very friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I am in the LA area every other week. I tried several hotels before this one. I think I have found my commuting hotel. Staff is great, rooms are clean and don't stink, gym is nice and it seems to be in a good location. Therebis a bar/bistro that isbopen until 10 and a pizza place connected to the facility. The only downfall is that it is close to LAX and you can hear it, if you bring ear plugs, you will be ok.

Thank you Kendall from the bottom of my heart. I was in a lot of trouble because of a serious problem with my rented car during my trip, but the hotel staff Kendall did my best to help me finish the rest of the trip well. He was the best employee, and I would like to stay at this hotel again if I have a chance. Thank you!
