Our family of four enjoyed our night in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night! If you stay here, we can highly recommend having dinner at the Sushi place across the street of this hotel. We also enjoyed the musical road in Lancaster. We used the hotel's washing machines which worked fine.||We used the back entrance which might actually be the front entrance? Breakfast offered a wide selection of cereals, fruits, and healthy options, including oat milk for your coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this location. Check in was easy. Jesus was the one who checked us in and was very polite and helpful. We retuned that evening after our day with family and Jesus welcomed us back. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us some plastic spoons (one of my sons prefers plastic spoons over the metal ones in the room). We chatted for a bit and he offered to turn the fireplace and TV on in the lobby. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and watched a show as family in the lobby before going to bed.

In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and warm coffee and cold juice. Plenty of bagels and breakfast sandwiches along with yogurt and. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and fixings, cereals and milks and gluten free muffins.

The room is spacious and has a nice size kitchen and fridge. Stocked with pans and bowls and plates and silverware and utensils and a toaster. There also is a dishwasher but we didn’t need it.

Overall we love this hotel. We will stay again when we return.

Amenities were phenomenal (i.e., inside and outside lounge, nice bbq grill, pool, etc), check in service was outstanding (upgraded to suit with status), breakfast was good with tea and coffee provided 24/7, and rooms were large but a little dated

We had a great experience! The front counter representatives Shawn and Bryce showed my family and I exceptional customer care. We were visiting while a family member was in the ICU and they were attentive and helpful. Their positive attitude, kindness, and professional was exactly what we needed. The property is clean, the pool is nice and warm, the lobby sitting area is great (especially if you have people meeting you there), the laundry was clean and had plenty of machines, we didn't get to use it but the BBQ area was a nice amenity, and of course the hot breakfast was the Chery on top! Strongly recommend this property for families, business travelers, or if you are making a quick visit to town. We will definitely come back!

Awesome Marriott property centrally located in Antelope Valley close by to the 14. Property is newer, rooms were clean with a small useable kitchen, and breakfast was great. Plus Sarah was great and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable!

We recently spent a week at the TownePlace Suites in Lancaster, and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved it! The staff was stellar, especially the front desk crew (Shawn, Kyla, Bryce). They were always so kind and pleasant! The breakfasts were a wonderful surprise, definitely more than we were expecting, and there were always plenty of gluten free options (we’re a gluten free household). The hotel itself was very clean, from the lobby to the workout room to the rooms themselves. Walls were a little thin, but playing some white noise solved that problem. Our room was comfortable, great amenities (a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishes, etc), and there was actually good water pressure! Bonus points for the Paul Mitchell products in the shower. There really wasn’t anything negative about our experience! Oh, and they’re a dog friendly hotel with a manageable pet fee, so that was an extra bonus! We highly recommend this property!
