Our family’s stay has been amazing. The property is spotless, well located, and convenient to everything. Our suite was well appointed with a 3/4 sized refrigerator (not a mini fridge) with a decent freezer that actually got cold. It had a microwave, a stovetop, kitchen sink and a dishwasher. It was squeaky clean, which is refreshing to see for hotel kitchenette. They even thought of the little things like sponges and dishwasher tablets. However, what really made our stay special was that everyone from the from the housekeeping team to the front desk staff has gone out of their way to help. They helped with innumerable things like making change late at night for quarters for the laundry room, bringing linens / pillows /blankets upstairs three times for a pullout bed when we forgot stuff, multiple runs to bring us clean towels / toilet paper / blankets when we asked, pointing out great restaurants, incredible warmth towards our kiddo, and a million other things. It was 5 star service at a much different price. And they did it all with kindness, smiles and patience. Keep up the great work. We will be back for sure. Whoever is hiring staff, you’re doing a great job!

Spacious room, very clean. Hotel location is great - near the freeway. Close to plaza with many restaurants. However the breakfast are I think is rather small. The EV charging for some hotels are free or subsidized. But not this one. The cost is whatever rate on the charger.

Hotel is clean and great value for the cost. Manager Luis and front desk staff, Christian, in particular went above and beyond. Highly recommend for team travel. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing more to say, chargers that are available are not complementary, parking is not complementary
l better try somewhere else.
Other than that, it’s a nice hotel very welcoming staff good location. If you have business around, you could walk to close by shopping strip just next to the freeway so it’s easy access to the freeway.

I always try to stay at this hotel because it is conveniently located and I like the spacious rooms. However on my last trip the hotel decided to arbitrarily downgrade my room without telling me. I have no idea why the downgrade as no explanation was provided. I could understand if there were maintenance issues or some other reason but to downgrade the room you paid for and not offer an explanation and not reach out in advance to let you know, I thought was incredibly unprofessional. I went down the street and stayed at Homewood Suites . As I mentioned I do like this hotel but I will not be back as I did not appreciate how this situation was handled at all.

Lovely hotel, had everything I needed in room to get ready for my work training. I love having an iron and ice maker. Thank you to the staff for the amazing breakfast, and Luis the Manager was great with communication.

Great place to stay for an affordable price for long periods of time. Very clean. Rooms do not get cleaned until later in the afternoon, so be aware if you have business to do inside the room, however, the service, and the quality is very high standard. I will absolutely stay here again.

Very very nice place, the people working were amazing to work with and they were supper helpful. The rooms were very nice and there is free breakfast with two golden malted waffle makers that make 4 separate mini waffles!
