Came here on a family trip and it was an amazing stay. Nice and clean rooms and facilities, great customer service, and amazing food! We ate at the Arlo while here and their food was delicious! Having access to a hot tub was very nice. We loved the fire pits and propane heats around the grounds for hanging out. We want to give Carlo, a member of the food and drink staff, a big shout out for being a great employee. Would definitely stay here again! Everyone loved their time here!

We had a wonderful time at town and country hotel! The check in with Victoria was amazing. She went above and beyond! I had booked two different rooms using points for one and Victoria was able to combine the two so that there was no delay with a second check in later. She checked us into the other room at 6 AM before she left the night shift. Always feel so welcome at the hotel. The pools are amazing. Plus we had a great time watching the movie by the pool. The rooms are great. We had a fire pit, upgraded by Victoria. We lounged outside in the evening with hot chocolate. A perfect San Diego vacation!

I really enjoyed the entertaining messages and amazing customer service throughout this property. We stayed in the regency tower, not far walk from pool and it has its own pool, but not hot tub, so have to head to main pool for hot tub. The market cafe has some great coffee and eats. The service was speedy and the gym was nice and big. Just wished the water cooler in gym gave out colder water and I found the hotel room floor a little sticky, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay so still 5/5.

Ashley was so incredibly helpful and kind. We were able to checkin early so that we had time to get ready for a wedding, even though our room type had been sold out the previous night. We just called that morning and they were able to put a rush on getting a room ready for us. That, and the property was lovely. Great service, great little place.

First, Mgr Ariel hustled out after me to say he had "found" a room ready for me (3hrs before checkin , when they were fully booked). He upgraded me to a HUGE 2 room suite!!! The atmosphere of the "campus", 2 restauants, a 3rd bar, outdoor seating, dog friendly ( and I am). Food and drinks and service top notch. And it was hosting a conference of "fly folk", those who study fruit flys, a campus full of scientists, exciting.

We attended a large conference at Town and Country and took advantage of the luxury space to host a birthday party while we were here. We found plenty of seating to gather with over 70 people, even during the conference with 1000’s of other people. Service was amazing. Andrew, and his team from Lapper Sports Bar, communicated in advance and coordinated everything we needed for a stress free party. The music, attentive friendly staff, and fire pits added the perfect atmosphere for a good time with friends. The food was great and the custom cake was unbelievable. Very high quality, gorgeous and delicious (see pictures because it was truly fabulous). The cabanas, water slide, huge hot tub, and beautiful pools were such a nice treat and needs an entire day at least to enjoy in between the many things to do nearby. Arlo restaurant too was amazing and deserves a review all of its own.

The food was the best! Rooms were clean, good amenities, and definitely recommend brunch at The Arlo where you eat while a live DJ plays music. Great way to start your day. The pools are heated in case you go during a cold time and the hot tub is big. Definitely recommend.

Staff seem friendly overall in all areas. The staff did help with me getting a tag off my broken luggage and disposing of the broken luggage which was nice. Only gripe I have is hotel rooms have no microwaves (have to rent one for $25), if you have anything mailed to you here they charge $5 to give it to you (food delivery orders you need to meet in the lobby to get), and the rooms do need work. Resort is nice with a ton of amenities though. And overall besides the noted stuff the hotel is clean and nice.
