Every time I order it seems the pizza gets worse and worse. Yesterday I ordered pizza. They did not properly inform me that the pizza was at my door. I called them to inform them the pizza was left outside without properly being informed and that it was basically a brick of cheese with the amount they used. After waiting 10 minutes on hold they said they’d send out a new pizza. 3 hours later still no pizza. I called back, I was on hold for 30 minutes and never talked to. I then drove to the store and they tried to deny everything. It took another 10 minutes of pleading my case to get a refund. Such a poorly ran business all around. Very clear that the guys in the shop just care about taking money and not the quality of the food and service.

Ordered a pan pizza for carryout. I immediately noticed the box was extremely light so I checked it right away. The pizza was thin with unleavened dough. I complained about it right away and the employee said it is a pan pizza and just showed me the pan pizza label on the box. I am a regular customer here but won't be coming back. The pan pizza is generally 3x as thick as this one was. I'm not usually picky when it comes to food and will pretty much eat anything, but this pizza sucked. I wouldn't normally complain about something like this, but the employee was also rude as hell. I think he was the only person working in there today just before 2pm March 8, 2025 but that doesn't make up for this horrible experience.

I realize some may feel differently in the reviews, but my experience was absolutely sublime. My server was Amyn, I believe, if I spelled that correctly, and he was the most helpful and relaxed guy I have ever worked with while ordering. Superb. Amazing and crazy kind energy. Perfect order and perfect dining experience for the limited time I was there. Would certainly hang out with Amyn, amazingly understanding guy. Give that guy a raise. Fantastic experience, overall. I will be back.

If you order, go pick it up. See the rest of the review. To be clear, WE'VE NEVER HAD A BAD PIZZA FROM TOPPERS, but most people don't read full reviews.

We make sure that we include a good tip every time we place an online order. We'll only be doing carry out after our last delivery on 02/25/24. The driver showed up at the time specified. However, the drivers personal conversation he was having w/his head set was so important that he couldn't walk all the way to my door, to complete the delivery. I had to come out to meet him near his vehicle. Nor could the driver even put his cell phone away to hand me my food. When you take flat things and pull them out at a 45 degree angle, they will slide to one side. That may be why all 3 of the item's that were ordered, look like the picture I included. Everything ended up in a clump on one side of the box. He did stop his conversation long enough to shout "Thank you for the tip" while getting back into his vehicle. That was the service we received for adding 20% tip to an online pizza order. Good luck with your delivery.

We ordered a pizza we realized it was the wrong address so we called to fix everything. Got put on hold for 20 minutes and then one of the front desk people told us to go pick it up ourselves from this random address when all we were trying to do is catch the delivery driver before he delivered but by the time we were talking to someone we just wanted a refund and to talk to a manager but there’s no managers in store until 6pm they also told us we can’t even get our money back until 6pm Absolutely rude and ridiculous.

Ordering online! Took my payment but said that it could not process due to cvv code. I checked everything everything was right. The website charged my card twice and I called to get help and there’s no store manager and the guy that was on the phone is from a different country answering the phone line. And the guy that was on the phone was completely rude!!! I just wanna know where the website gets off of charging my account twice when I pacifically told me that it did not charge my card. I just want to know if he’s gonna fall off my account in a couple days or what’s going to happen because this is not OK!!!!

My brother and I ordered pizza and cheese sticks, and for some reason, the address changed. They won't take the address that we told them to deliver to (our house). we stayed on hold for 30 minutes, and they told us to just pick it up from the other address even though we payed for a tip and delivery fee,(They haven't even delivered it yet).so we just asked for a refund. There's no manager there until 6 pm, so they want us to wait for four hours to get our money back.
