If you’re looking for someone to cater your event, LOOK NO FURTHER! You have found it! Tom’s food is absolutely amazing! He catered my Baby Shower and all the guests loved the food and tons were asking for his info even after the event! You can tell he cooks with passion when you taste his food. Everything was cooked to perfection. The crowd favorites were his Texas Brisket, Corn Casserole, and Hatch Mac and Cheese! We loved the pineapple slaw, BBQ beans, pulled pork and pulled chicken as well!!! Also bought some of his handcrafted BBQ sauce as well because they are 💯 delicious! My guests went it for seconds and even thirds because Tom’s food is just too good! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

What can I say? Tom, his family, and most importantly, his bbq are truly amazing!! I planned a retirement party for my firefighter husband and Tom graciously accepted the job even though he was already booked. First time to enjoy this perfect bbq meal . No words to describe how delicious everything was . Most restaurants these days don't put to much love in into their food, Tom puts all the love into his recipes. My kids loved it as well . Will definitely be following and highly recommend. We booked Tom's BBQ for our daughter's wedding without even tasting the food first! The reviews were so good and they mentioned how much the guests love the food and how easy Tom was to work with.
I agree 100%. We went to one of their pop-up events and tasted the food about 2 months after we booked it. We love the food so much that I found him two more times just to enjoy it again.
He let us change our choices up to a week before the wedding. He always responded quickly to answer all my questions about setup, leftovers, space needed, etc. He was very sure to make our event exactly how we wanted it and to make sure we felt special. We loved hearing our guests rave about the food!

I would highly recommend Tom and his BBQ Pitstop to anyone who wants quality and professionalism. We had him provide ‘drop off’ catering to a Labor Day wedding party for about 60 people. From the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to always have our best interest at heart rather than trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of us for things we didn’t need or want. He was responsive in our communications which is always appreciated when hosting a large party. I never got the sense that he would ‘flake’ or make a mistake in our booking. He showed up exactly on time and with everything that he promised.

The food itself almost takes a back seat to the upfront experience, but it shouldn’t. Everyone at the party was impressed and had seconds. The pulled chicken was simple but very moist, flavorful and easy to eat. The mac and cheese was great, and the corn casserole was a wonderful mix between creamed corn and cornbread. I wish he had dropped of the recipe as well. Even my friend from TX who doesn’t like any BBQ outside of TX asked to take a big tray of leftovers home. ‘nough said. Tom’s recommendation of the banana pudding was taken with some reservation, but after about 10 people came up to me asking if I had tried the pudding, I had to agree – it was bomb.

Would recommend Tom's service and BBQ highly.

Husband’s 60th Birthday Party

Well, you definitely hit my sweet spot with those pudding’s. Everyone that walked by I shoved a spoon in their mouth, they were amazed who creamy it was.
The pulled pork was seasoned to perfection.
The hatch mac & cheese was loved by many. Omg the corn casserole,I heard plenty a raves.
The tri-tip was absolutely loved and smoked perfectly. I was just getting so many comments from different people so in my thank you notes to our guest ,I also put your webpage.
