We were a bit nervous about whether the ranch would meet our expectations, especially after traveling all the way from the UK to Arizona. However, it not only met but far exceeded them—we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most hospitable staff we’ve ever encountered. During our stay, we were fortunate to share the experience with a fantastic group of fellow guests, and the staff went out of their way to bring everyone together through poker games and shared laughter. Riding through the desert with the wranglers was an incredible experience, and regardless of our riding level, we always felt comfortable and supported as they guided us through authentic working ranch activities.

The food was excellent, with thoughtful accommodations for gluten-free and vegan diets. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view of the barn. The saloon was a great place to unwind, even drawing in friendly locals who stopped by to chat with the guests.

If we had to name one downside, it would be that eventually, we had to leave! In short, a huge thank you to TMGR for hosting us and making our holiday truly unforgettable.

Late January visit, we had pretty good sunny days, cool mornings but generally great for riding. A great place to learn about the old days of the SW. Ranch accommodation recreate Old Tombstone. Rooms are cute, historical decor, but very comfortable. Riding program is varied, and well managed. Food is good, saloon is awesome to hang out in. Pool is not heated but hot tub was working well. Entertainment in the evenings varied and you should find something from the card games with character dealers or western music by an awesome baladeer. Staff is always available and accommodating. In summery, the Ranch is starting to show some age, and a spruce up would help. But it is very much a value added destination with a one of a kind Tombstone flavor.

Where do I start! From the moment I got there, all of the staff were polite and helpful. My room was well equipped and spotless. The meals were cooked on site and delicious. I had so much fun learning to play various games of poker. The trail rides were fun and the scenery is lovely. The Wranglers take time to get to know you as a guest to be able to match you with a suitable horse. I enjoyed my time there so much, I’ve booked again for early next year.

Reviewing mostly on the horseback riding since this is the main reason we go to guest ranches. The published sample schedule shows 2 or 3 slow rides and 1 fast ride a day (subject to change). My husband and I are advanced riders, looked forward to the daily fast rides. We went with another couple who were just learning to ride. For them, the riding program was fine. Two 1hour slow rides per day and one day they did a 2 hour slow ride. Often there were 10 or more riders on the nose to tail slow rides. Our friends had an excellent 1 hour lesson one day from Jason which helped with their skills and horse knowledge better than most lessons I’ve seen. |For us, after doing a mandatory slow ride and passing the fast ride test, one of the daily fast rides was cancelled due to the 2 hour slow ride. The next day they also cancelled due to a cattle work opportunity in the arena. Since we were there for 4 days we were really disappointed to potentially only go on 2 fast rides. We spoke to the head wrangler Patricia and since no one signed up for the cattle work she did work with us and reinstated the fast ride. The 1hour fast rides were GREAT: Kyler and Adaie led nice long lopes on fun terrain. Would love to have done more of these (at least 1 per day) instead of so many slow rides. Thus the 4 vs 5 star rating. |We made use of the jacuzzi (nice and hot) and pool (which at this time of year serves as a cold plunge!). |Accommodations, food, staff all great! We took an extra day and went into Tombstone which was, while quite touristy, fun to learn about the history.

Wife and I stayed one night. We wish we had more time. Was in town to visit a property I bought several years back and we wanted to stay somewhere with culture. This place didn't disappoint. Staff, Band, Bar, Room. All was wonderful. Bartender treated us like family.

Well, what can we say about our time spent with you all at The Ranch. We have now returned back to the UK and we were missing Tombstone the day we left to go to Las Vegas. Archery and the BB gun with Jason was so much fun, Jason was a STAR.|The card games with ‘Wyatt” and Cliff were so much fun and we enjoyed learning how to play the games, loved our nicknames too - Viking Viki and Dangerous Dave. Ha Ha.|Our room was so comfortable and it is the only stay on our whole trip where I slept through the night!!|We cannot thank you enough and would definitely love to come back and spend more time with you all, 2 nights just was not enough, we will know for next time!|If you would like us to do a review anywhere specific then please let

Tombstone Monument Ranch was a very pleasant surprise! We went with family for 2 days and really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are all themed like an old western town. We had the Blacksmith and Livery Stable rooms, both were comfortable and clean. There are only maybe 20 rooms in the entire ranch, so you really got a very personal touch. We got the package that included breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast was your typical buffet breakfast, pancakes, bacon, eggs, etc. Dinner was different every night and always had a starter, entree and dessert (the nacho sundae is to die for!). What really stood out to me is my son really wanted to do the archery and BB gun shooting and it wasn't on the schedule for the day we were there, but they made it happen for him anyway.. really nice customer service. Cliff taught a super fun game of Farro at night and gave all the kids cute cowboy nicknames. He was really great and knows so much about the history of Tombstone. Jeanie at the bar was amazing too! Overall, a really fun place for the family.
