Me and my wife stayed here a number of years ago , we had read a review about this place which was a bit frightening someone overheard a local say how he would like to kill an Englishmen When we went i went into the small bar their where 3-4 men where with guns
They where not very friendly never spoke,
Apparently they were going of shooting.?
Our room was aptly named soap Suds Annie ( my wife’s name is Anne )
The Tombstone stay was enjoyable , we where doing route 66, the morning we left
About 20 minutes after we left we where stopped by Border Patrol checking for Mexican Illegals an experience for us

It was so dirty, and in need of many repairs. Floors hadn't been vacuumed, mouse droppings on beds and in bathroom, an odor we couldn't explain, hot tub not working, building needs a lot of work. Breakfast was good but that didn't out way all the issues. We would have left but there were no rooms available anywhere, we had 3 rooms booked.
Sad it could be a very nice place.

They say first impressions can never be taken back- we were led down a hall past the kitchen to a hot mess of a back office to check in. After climbing up narrow, steep stairs to our Scarlett Ladies room, we found mouse droppings on a stained bedspread and a filthy carpet that was not vacuumed. Innkeeper said she forgot to check the room & that workmen were in the bathroom at night. My daughter stayed in a friend's RV after seeing the droppings (which my friends also found in their bathroom) Pool and hot tub not functional (note in the Shady Lady room journal from August 17, 2021 complained of the same!) We were moved to Shady Lady room w/peeling ceiling paint and only 1 ceiling light (you cannot read in bed) Squeaky bed. LOW water pressure. No ice available. Dead moths in outdoor refrig dispenser door. Duct taped bed frame corner to trip over (also mentioned by another guest in the room journal March 20, 2023) Breakfast was good and towels were nice & Halloween decor and candy. But seriously, I used to be an Innkeeper at a 4 Diamond Inn and this would not have passed for 1 star rating. It's sad because it has history and potential to be fabulous if it were maintained.

It's close to the shopping district and food and drinks. Obviously it's an old place. But fairly quiet. It does have WiFi but beware there's no TVs in the rooms. There is a pool. There is a community fridge. They do serve breakfast included with room rental. I probably won't be back but I won't shit on the place either. Caretakers are nice as well.

Love love love this place, we ended up here last year because traditional hotels were booked and fell in love with the place, Mary and Will and the atmosphere. We will not go to tombstone unless we get a room at thos bordello. The breakfast is amazing as well.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. From the moment we arrived, I knew this was going to be an awesome stay! The interior is incredibly atmospheric and decorated with historic looking adornment and items. It felt like stepping back in time. The hosts make you feel right at home. The breakfasts are outstanding and a fantastic way to meet your fellow boarders, get to know your hosts, talk about the events of your trip with everyone and/or any experiences had in the rooms. Speaking of experiences in the rooms...|My partner and I shared The Soiled Dove, one of the original rooms that was transported when the Bordello was moved across town. It is also reportedly one of the most haunted rooms in the establishment (which I specifically asked for when booking). Because the bed and room were so dang comfortable, I slept better than I have in awhile and perhaps missed some activity in our room. However, excited to say, on the final morning of our stay, I did hear from the Soiled Dove's resident phantom. You can read about it from our entry in Sadie's Journal, which is left at all times on the bed stand (dated 4/29/24). And for those interested, my partner, myself and a fellow boarder also experienced quite a bit of activity in the downstairs parlor/sitting area. |So if a historic, atmospheric, haunted (but lovely) mood is what you're aiming for while in town - the Tombstone Bordello is definitely one I would recommend. It was one of the best parts of our trip and we will absolutely be booking here in the future!!||(For context, we were in town for the 2nd Annual Tombstone Wild West Paracon and stayed for 5 days/4 nights.)

We had an amazing experience! We were greeted with a happy birthday to me by our gracious host. Our room was even decorated and had a couple of muffins with a birthday note. It was such a pleasant surprise especially for my first time in Tombstone. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Tombstone! They make you feel at home.
