Amazing drinks and service Sam and Christian were amazing bartenders. I had the Singapore Sling which which was delicious, not too sweet and the perfect balance of liquor and mixers. Sam really knows his stuff! If your looking for an awesome place to drink and hangout this winter in Lake Arrowhead, come to Tiki Republik you won't reregret it!

After waiting at the door for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us, we were pointed to an empty table without menus. We sat and waited. And waited. And waited. Another 5-10 minutes we get water and menus. Then another 15 minutes to get our order taken. We were just going in for a drink or two, so we placed our order. I must say it was NOT busy, a few tables seated and a handful of people at the bar, spread out so there’s no room for anyone else. After waiting another 15 or so minutes for our drinks, we decided to leave. Can’t say how good the food or drinks were, but service was bad. Totally disappointed.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the greeter asked us our party size but was quickly distracted by someone else and never returned to seat us. After waiting for several minutes, another staff member finally seated us.

We ordered water and iced tea, both of which tasted heavily chlorinated and undrinkable. We decided to start with three appetizers, but after waiting 25 minutes, we were informed that the wings were unavailable. Another 15 minutes passed before they told us our food was “up next,” only for us to wait another 15 minutes and be informed that yet another appetizer was unavailable. Ultimately, only one of the three appetizers we ordered was available.

We spent over an hour at this restaurant, only to receive one appetizer after endless delays and poor communication. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Drinks and atmosphere are great, food not so much. I’m pretty sure the vegetarian harumaki we ordered was just frozen Costco spring rolls, which isn’t terrible I suppose but to charge that much for frozen costco food and say it’s something else is crazy. In an attempt to find something better we also ordered the salmon and the chicken but both I think were equally disappointing. I would hope the actual restaurant next door has better food but it does not seem promising from that experience. Our bartender was also extremely inattentive but it seemed that the others who were working that night were aware of this and everyone else was very helpful and friendly

From the moment we arrived until we left we felt welcomed and pampered by the food and the service. The charming ambiance, the drinks are delicious, the customer service is impeccable. The owner Rich and our server Sarah were very friendly and professional and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back soon!

This restaurant was delicious, but they had newly opened when I visited, so it seemed like they were still working out some kinks in the system. The manager was wonderful and made sure it was corrected.
The decorations and feel of the restaurant is great and very inviting. Can't wait to try it again soon!
