Great boba. They didn’t talk much when we were there. I even made them a promo video and some photos( some you see here) for their store for free to promote on their instagram. Never heard back not even a thank you. But their tea was good. Definitely would go back

Our favorite place in downtown for a quick pick-me-up. The tiger murals on the wall are beautiful and the place always smells amazing! My husband's favorite drink is the Tiger Stripes milk tea, mine is strawberry cheesecake, and my aunt's go-to favorite is the Sunset tea.

First time coming here and let me tell you I had the worst experience. The 2 girls working had a horrible attitude. I asked if they had a drink I was recommended by a friend and the girl was like uhh no we have nothing like that so I order a matcha green and a classic milk tea with boba Then she tells me I can only add boba to one drink because she only has enough for 1 drink and that she won’t make more boba for the second so I wasn’t able to get a drink at all and the one drink that included the boba hardly had any. Overall not good.

The atmosphere and other guest at Tiger Tea House were great! The Tea's are amazing. However.. the costumer service was not even close to the expectation of not being greeted, and genuinely welcomed. The person behind the counter tapping her pen while we decide what drink to purchase or her huffing and and puffing under her breath and sarcastically encouraging us to make up our mind so we can make a purchase (it felt pressured and this is all going off the vibe and body language I was reading from her.) I took my kids as a treat so I know they felt the pressure too. With many great and yummy varieties to chose from we wanted to (maybe not take our time because I was on lunch break too. but I wanted to get something I wouldn't regret). I can definitely relate to the prior review about costumer service.

This is the best place to get boba drinks. I am absolutely convinced. I’ve been here before a couple years ago but I just went for the second time today and last time I got it, I didn’t like boba, and I got the Strawberry Cheesecake I was not really a fan. But today I got the Peach Berry with boba and it was amazing not only was the boba delicious so was the drink, a peachy, lemon flavor. Quick and friendly service too! I definitely recommend you come here if you haven’t been.
