What a dream! Penny greeted me and gave me a tour, showing me how the heater, fire place, and other items worked. There was a personalized note waiting for me with chocolate chip cookies and fresh flowers. The owners did an outstanding job of providing a perfect experience. There was a breakfast bar, items to make a few recipes they provided, a full kitchen. The view, just wow. I had the perfect view of Mount Rainier, and the sunrise each morning of my stay was 10/10. I didn't have a car, and it was a quick Uber to Trader Joes to pick up a few groceries (restaurants also easy distance). I will say I never wanted to leave, and will absolutely stay here again. The perfect peaceful retreat to recharge! Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at the 3 Tree Point B n B for three nights in July. It is a unique property and in my opinion a wonderful alternative to hotels in Seattle. We stayed in the cottage which is completely private, super clean, very large, and stocked with everything you need for breakfast and snacks. From the bedroom and living area there are views of Vashon island, Puget sound, and Mount Rainier. It is located in a quiet mostly residential neighborhood so I recommend having a car. Penny is very communicative and helpful. We were very happy with our stay in every way. Terry A

With my sister unable to come as we had planned, I decided to visit one of my favorite places on the planet. Mount Ranier greeted me when I arrived and the panoramic skies were breathtaking for the rest of my short visit. The inn-keepers are so welcoming and I had rest, relaxation that I needed. Oh I will be back and I highly encourage you to come to Three Tree Point!

Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Penny, the host, is amazing. The place is just lovely, homey, beautiful views every morning of the water and Mount Rainier. The place is stocked great with delicious food, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. I found it to just be a very peaceful, welcoming place to be, especially after a long day of teaching and lecturing. The Bed and furniture was all very comfortable. Quiet resendential area to be, yet convenient to restaurants and stores. I would highly, highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back! Keep up the great work Penny, thanks for making my stay just perfect!

Beautiful, well appointed accommodations in a gorgeous neighborhood. The hosts were not there while we stayed, but they kept in communication and had all the fixings for a great breakfast.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Seattle area, look no further. We stayed three nights in the Three Tree Point “suite” - which is really like an apartment. We had everything we needed to feel like it was our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are stunning, everything was spotless, and there were delicious breakfast foods, fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks waiting for us. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and Penny also provided a list of recommendations for local places to dine and sights to see. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the peaceful outdoor patio and had access to the outdoor hot tub and beach across the road. Thank you to our gracious hosts Penny and Doug for sharing their peaceful, relaxing haven with us. We will measure our experience at all future B&B/hotel stays against Three Tree Point. We hope to visit again – for a longer stay next time!

Penny is a wonderful host! Our stay felt as comfortable and familiar as home but without the stress of daily life. Truly an oasis! Gorgeous views of the sound and bald eagles all around. Look forward to staying again when back in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay here on our honeymoon! The suite is a very cozy place with a beautiful view! It was a perfect place to relax after a day out in the city. The owners were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!
