Always enjoy our stay at Lake of the springs. Park is clean and well kept. Bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Rv sites could use some leveling. ||We also rented a getaway cabin that was clean and stocked with necessary kitchen supplies. We had an issue with the air conditioning that required a call to maintenance. They were prompt, friendly and efficient in resolving the issue. Check in was easy and staff great. ||My only criticism is that I noticed then most handicap rv spots didnโ€™t have placards or handicap plates. I wish they would enforce that.

Our site and bathrooms were clean. The Halloween activities were a great time. The kids enjoyed trick-or-treating, the haunted house, and the dance. The staff are great and helpful. The campground itself was in good shape. Its starting to look like the pre-2020 campground we signed up for.

The park has MANY things that have been repaired, cleaned up, improved, but still has a way to go. Time and money should take care of that. The lake is now full again, but the marina needs to be opened back up. More 50 Amp. Electrical site would helpful, because right are getting bigger not smaller!

Quiet and peaceful area. While this Thousand Trails is a little run down, it is less so than many I have been to, and is kept clean and mostly kept up well. The pool was warm and great to swim in (definitely a plus since there are currently notes posted that the lake may have "Swimmers Itch" parasites). The Lodge wifi was down for part of our stay, but up at the laundry building throughout.

The assorted staff we met were friendly.

We love this park but it really needs attention. So many sites are down due to power being out. It is a huge park with plenty of shade trees. Not nearly enough septic sites and no 50 Amp power. A fee bath-houses were locked and out of order also. Also, we didn't see any activities planned during our visit. There is mini-golf, a swimming pool, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, and a playground. DO NOT SWIM IN THE LAKE. There are signs posted saying you could get "swimmer's itch" which for my friend was blisters coveting their bodies and even some in their eyes.

The Yurt we stayed in had a useful kitchen and sizable bathroom, with hot running water and full sized fridge. However, the Yurt's beds left much to be desired. My husband and I struggled to sleep on the lower bunk mattreess, which was both too small (a size full, and short- our feet hung over the edge) and it was very worn out. We could feel mattress springs jutting through and the mattress bowed in the middle so we were tossing and turing both nights we stayed. For $220/night, I would expect better a sleeping/bedding arrangement.

I've been visiting Lake of the Springs for over 50 years.||I've seen many changes, the staff are always accommodating and friendly.||The lake was in use and the pool again after a short period of Maintenance on the Dam etc.||Unique Dog beach and great place to ride your bike. (Lots of elevation changes)||Wild life observations and temperature were just perfect.||Will be coming back for a longer visit.
