This resort has been here a very long time and my first time I visited was when I was teenager with my mom. Fast forward many years and it is still a nice resort. Kind friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious, check in was easy and fast. Came here for a New Year's Event and the ballroom is beautiful and it was a fun event.

Rooms are nice but are showing their age. Service and everything else is great. We've stayed here twice now and both times there were additional charges on my credit card that I couldn't get an answer from the property as to what they were. The website states the resort fees are included in the room price so that can't be it. If they were more up front on all the costs associated with staying here I would highly recommend them but the surprise charges after the fact and not being able to get an answer as to what those charges are for will keep us from going back.

I was at the Wigwam for a conference this fall, everything was great from check in to check out. We had a golf tournament, used their conference facility and had events daily on the grounds. All of it was executed well. The food was good. I had several meals at their restaurants and they excellent. Two things that stood out for me. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my entire stay and the staff were all very nice helpful.

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Nice rooms. Good room service. They're not cheap, but there's value to your dollar here.

Fiona put my husband and I in a two bed queen room 405 on January 3-6, 2025. We reserved a one large bedroom on December 5, 2024. Fiona and Rachael refused to correct this situation. We asked Rachel to speak with management and she said Katy Power was gone for the weekend. I asked for her business card and for Rachel to have her call us on Monday, January 6, 2025. We never received a call from Katy Powers. Poor customer service. This was my 60th birthday. Never expected to be treated like this at a resort. Spend your money elsewhere.

We used to stay at the Wigwam when we visited family in Arizona and were always very happy. We now live nearby and needed a place to stay when our water heater burst, and we had to move out for a few days. As this was the main purpose for our stay, we booked a basic room. The resort grounds were still beautiful and peaceful but walking up to the room did not provide a resort feel. I was dismayed to see peeling paint, an ugly door, and rust on the drainpipes. the room itself was fine, but the walls were thin enough to hear a conversation in the room behind me and smell someone smoking weed nearby. I felt that for the same price we could have gotten a nicer room at a hotel chain. The location and grounds of the resort are perfect, but at least some buildings need to be kept up better.

My mother in law purchased a week stay here during Easter week so I don’t know the exact pricing but she did say by the end of it she walked out with a $3,000 bill!! We stayed here for 2days because she didn’t like it wanted to go to her daughter’s house and she didn’t want her money to go to waste.. The grounds were absolutely beautiful!! I lived in this area pretty much my whole life and never knew about this hidden gem!! This is not a kid friendly resort like the others I’ve been to but wasn’t really expecting it to be. The pool was pretty basic and the water slide didn’t work during our stay. The pool side food was really good! I would say the best pool side food I had so far!! I did look at the rates to book a birthday staycation and was not going to for the prices. I do think this is a good atmosphere for 45 and up.

Great alternative to chain hotels. Just an en route overnight stop for us but close enough to freeway without being right next to it. Historical, clean, large rooms, great patios, comfy…. And great great staff. Everyone was really helpful.
