Got off to a great start upon Check in with James handling our check in. His positive attitude and service sets the tone for a great stay and puts you in a positive frame of mind.
Amenities and surroundings at the resort are fantastic - - all staff is accommodating especially in the pro shop - - The rooms that everyone picks apart are fine. Brand new no, but everything works and is comfortable and clean
Location is central to most places you would wish to go
The only thing that bothered me was the self parking fee of $23 on the close out bill. Was in the fine print of the reservation and not brought up during check in unless I missed it, but it was in the fine print so but surprised me.

Spacious room with a provate patio. Comfy bed. Regular pillows are not comfortable. Requested down pillows, which they brought and were much better. Food is not good. The $18 nachos were made with kid style cheese drizzle. Tried breakfast and that wasn't good either. They need more car chargers. Only a few spots that fill up. Employees are kind and helpful, such as offering mimosas during check-in. The grounds are pretty, with nice common areas.

My family and I had planned this trip for my parents anniversary and everyone was so nice. From the front desk to the housekeepers, we felt welcomed and at home. One person that stood out to me was Coleman! He was so sweet and generous to not only my family but to me as well when I had asked so many questions about the resort. 10/10

The service is fantastic. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Shout out to Michael from the pool. The property is nicer than the JW Marriott Desert Springs as I stayed at them back to back. If I could do it again I would spend the full week at the Westin as opposed to splitting the week between the JW Marriott and Westin

Overall, the resort is nice but less than perfect in service/maintenance. It's an okay value at the right price. The setting and grounds are beautiful and the amenities within the resort are good. The location is okay with nearby retail but at least 20 minutes from downtown PS. The rooms are large but could use a refresh. The shower didn't drain well so I was ankle deep in water. The gym is good but only one of two pelotón bikes worked and one of the treadmills was louder than a jet engine. Overall, it's a nice resort that is worth it at a certain price.

DO NOT STAY HERE! MANY BETTER HOTELS. PEOPLE WITH COVID JUST SPREADING IT AROUND BECAUSE THEY WON’T CANCEL ROOMS.
Brought my staff here for a weekend and one of them came down with covid. We tried getting a refund or cancelling for one of multiple rooms, and they wouldn’t do anything rational so he came and spread covid around to staff and guests. It would blow your mind when I told them he’s going to come and just spread covid around the apathy from reservations and management was comical. If you don’t want sick people to spread covid to you I would avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I have worked in hotels for a combination of 25 years. We had a reservation booked at the Westin for this upcoming weekend for my parents. My father unfortunately became very ill 2 weeks ago, resulting in multiple ER visits. This was a trip my parents were really looking forward to, but now cannot make it due to my father’s health issues. James at the front desk listened to me explain the situation and truly demonstrated the Marriott LEARN model and helped waive the cancellation fee for this stay. The compassion he expressed was more than appreciated and my parents were extremely grateful for the exception. This is why we call it the HOSPITALITY industry. Thank you James for your understanding. I hope I have a chance to thank you in person one day.

Great hotel! The rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable and the amenities are fabulous. Great restaurant. And I want to give a special shout out to the front desk agent named Adriana who was fantastic so accommodating we had to change our room from the king to double queens and she found one that was just beautiful
