Absolutely amazing! We went for the New Years party at the nightclub and it was fantastic. You really do get what you pay for at this hotel. You get the VIP service from the moment you arrive - real hospitality! The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean with a small patio with seating. The room has a less is more chic vibe. Great bath products. We go some room service drinks too that were amazing. They had the best New Year’s Eve party too. Def recommend

Great hotel. This is in great location in West Hollywood and has a hip and vibrant energy. We had stayed here before and this time did not dissuade us to stay here again.||The entrance is a sharp right off of Doheny Dr and we pulled in on a rainy Feb evening and the valet attendant welcomed us warmly. Then we checked in with Andres who was pleasant and I asked about an upgrade but he advised us that our room was better than a suite (I paid for Loft Terrace as was staying for business) and he was right. When we walked into our room 641 it was a corner room with expansive view of LA/Beverly Hills. Beautiful room and I think I will stay in this type of room in future.||We went out to dinner (late dinner at 9:15 pm) but what makes this place great is that there is a rooftop bar (closes earlier on weekdays) but their lobby bar is always a great spot for an after dinner drink.||Queenie and Vanessa were amazing bartenders and we had a nice nightcap and they have Fortaleza tequila which is best tequilla on planet!| |Of course there is a great rooftop bar with an amazing pool which can't be missed.||Overall great stay and highly recommend!||I grew up in LA so I know this is in a primo location close to great restaurants and bars and West Hollywood night life etc

We had an excellent stay in the hotel. The service was excellent, friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities we needed. The Gym and pool were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to exploring the area - almost equidistant from LA downtown and Santa Monica. Only drawback was no restaurants within an easy walk from the hotel. Of course, they have 2 fantastic restaurants on the premises.

Diego was the absolute best!! He was so helpful from the moment we booked the room until the moment we checked out. I was staying in town for my birthday and he went above and beyond. Our room was amazing and when I got inside he had set up a dessert and bottle of champagne to celebrate. He gave me a tour of the room and let me know if I needed anything just to contact him. I was looking for accommodations for plans I had throughout the week and Diego was so helpful where he could be and if it was out of his scope he referred me to the exact person that could help me. Outstanding service!! I can’t wait to go back and will definitely be booking through him again.

Our stay at the West Hollywood Edition ended up being something close to a nightmare..
My wife and I, both celebrating our birthdays on the same day, booked this hotel as Bonvoy Gold members, expecting a memorable and relaxing experience. What we got instead was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.
Despite requesting a quiet nice room in advance, we were placed in a 2nd-floor room with a depressing view of an old abandoned, broken house and were forced to endure a loud and obnoxious crowd in the room next door. At 12:30 AM, with our 4-year-old child unable to sleep, we called the front desk three times, asking for a solution.
The staff's response was beyond unprofessional and shockingly ignorant. Their **"solution" was to offer us earplugs or move us to a room on the 1st floor, that I was requested to check together with the manager. The room was located directly next to an even bigger party crowd, — and this is not a joke —. The fact that a so-called luxury hotel would even suggest this is absolutely ridiculous and downright disrespectful.
Moving our exhausted child through a chaotic party scene in the middle of the night was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of care, interest in their guests, and hospitality.
The staff is incompetent, cold, and indifferent to their guests' well-being. Very Strange and cold vibe. We left feeling not only frustrated but disrespected.
If you're looking for sleepless nights, poor customer service, and the feeling of being treated like an inconvenience, this is your place. Otherwise, stay far away from this „Fancy“ hotel.
Rooms are good in size but nothing special, + we had to call the Frontdesk to fix the sink right away as it was not working properly . Never again

It’s 12:44 AM, and we’re stuck in a nightmare. We’re in a second-floor room next to a so-called "villa" room, where a group of loud, drunk women have been obnoxious all night. This is supposed to be a special night—my husband and I are celebrating our birthdays, and as a Bonvoy Gold member, I expected at least a basic level of service. Instead, we called the front desk three times, begging for help, and they did absolutely nothing to control the noise.

Their solution? A room on the first floor—right in the middle of a loud, chaotic party scene. That would mean dragging our exhausted 4-year-old through a crowd of drunken revelers, only to end up in a room where the noise is just as bad. Completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, we paid for a terrace room, only to be greeted with a horrifying view of an abandoned house’s backyard. It’s creepy, depressing, and nowhere near the “luxury experience” this hotel pretends to offer.

This place has zero regard for guest comfort, no control over its own property, and an absolute joke of a front desk staff. If you’re looking for a sleepless night in a trashy, mismanaged excuse for a hotel, book a room here. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

I recently stayed at The West Hollywood Edition and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making my stay feel luxurious from start to finish. During my family vacation in Los Angeles, we stayed at The West Hollywood Edition, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The hotel’s design is stunning—modern, elegant, and thoughtfully crafted, creating a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, especially Juan at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, I could sense Juan’s genuine happiness to welcome his guests. He made our check-in seamless and went above and beyond to ensure my family felt at home.

Another standout feature was the rooftop bar, which offered breathtaking views of Los Angeles. Overlooking the city’s iconic skyline while enjoying a drink was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our stay.

The entire check-in staff was excellent, but Juan’s personal touch really stood out and left a lasting impression on us.

I highly recommend The West Hollywood Edition for families, couples, or anyone seeking stylish accommodations paired with exceptional service in the heart of LA. Between the warm hospitality and the incredible rooftop views, it’s a place where you truly feel cared for. We can’t wait to return!
