The Waterfront Hilton is hands down my favorite hotel in all of Orange County! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. Itzya was incredibly kind and professional, making my experience even more enjoyable. The team at Hero’s Café, especially Brendan, was also extremely helpful and welcoming. The entire hotel is run so well, with a level of hospitality that truly stands out. Whether it’s the beautiful location, the excellent service, or the overall atmosphere, this hotel never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The property nice and clean, spacious with lots of amenities. The staff were friendly, however it’s a 3 star because I asked in person and over the phone twice for clean bath towels and was assured they’d be sent up. Instead we received no towels and had to use old dirty towels. For the price we paid, I don’t think clean towels are too much to ask for. Also there are not enough valet personnel

We had a beautiful room with a view of the ocean, truly such an amazing stay-ca. The staff are beyond friendly and willing to help with anything you might need, recommendations for things to do or places to eat . They have a great bar inside with live music on the night we were there. The pool and hot tubs are ocean facing, so you really get the most amazing view without cold waves or sand everywhere. On our last visit, we took a spa day with a couples massage and added a spa treatment. It's unreal how relaxed we felt after.

SCAM.
They tell you the total of fees is a certain amount and then charge you hundreds of $ extra for PARKING FEES. They are ridiculous.

Charge you up front a higher price when walking in just in case you break something. But in return give you a room what doesn't have a hot shower for 15 min. Yes, this is how long it takes to warm up their water.
The phone was broken and they couldn't fix it.
(We had to walk down to talk to the front desk)
The live guard is yelling at the kids' non-stop, scaring them. So much that my kid didn't want to use their slides anymore.

And the ladies at the front desk are all bi......

Also, they have only 14 beach chairs for people to take to the beach
Most folks never got any. And way to few other water toys etc.

BE AWARE OF ALL HIDDEN FEES.

I have never been scammed before from a resort till now. I didn't know they were allowed to scam people.

I absolutely love this hotel. Amazing views of the beach and the restaraunt had amazing choices of food. Valet service was not only professional but also accommodating. This review is to thank John Popka at valet desk. I went to the hotel in my friends car and was leaving home in an Uber and I left my house keys next to the valet chairs. I got a call quickly and was able to go back to grab it! Thank you for your honesty John I appreciate it!

This Hilton property is absolutely gorgeous located in the best possible location in Huntington Beach. ||The front desk house manager jasmine Gouck was amazing and was an absolute delight.||The pools and the jacuzzi are breath taking and are extremely close to the beach. ||You walk out and it’s there.||The rooms are clean and we got a great view. ||Just to let you know if you leave the car there, there is a $50 valet parking fee.||Overall it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to go into full relaxation mode. ||5/5
