Robin did an outstanding job planning our cruise. We started 2 days in Barcelona Spain, setup a great private tour of the cathedral under construction and then a Flamenco shop, we then did a 7;day cruise on the Sun Princess new ship. We stopped in Gibraltar, Marseille, Geno, Pisa then end in Rome. We spent 2 days in Rome saw incredible sites including a private tour of the Coliseum and Forum. An outstanding trip

I very highly recommend Robin at the The Travel Experience and will never plan a trip again without her help. She went above and beyond to ensure that my family had the best vacation ever. Initially, we were supposed to travel in February of 2022. Due to a family situation, I had to cancel my trip. Robin worked extensively to help me not lose too much money but instead was able to get my trip entirely refunded. She did not have to spend hours doing this but just wanted to help me. We ended up rebooking for the summer. Our initial resort was not available so she started from square one again and found us lots of new options in our price range. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made a recommendation for which resort she thought would be the best fit for my family….and she was absolutely correct. The resort, excursions, and entire vacation was better than we anticipated and we had the most amazing time. Robin goes above and beyond, even reaching out to us on our vacation to make sure we were aware of what we needed to do before traveling back to the US and reminding us we could register for our flight home. Robin was great to deal with, patient (my family and I were very indecisive), and was very positive and excited for us. We never felt rushed with her, and she spent as much time with us as needed. I highly recommend The Travel Experience and, without a doubt, will use Robin for my next trip.
