We have booked a cruise to Alaska and an air/ground/train trip to London and Paris, along with trips to Spain, Canada and Hawaii with Brenda Tolson. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in booking all aspects of our trips. All trip were flawless. We would certainly go to Brenda again to plan our next trip! She is now affiliated with Lake Shore Travel.

My daughter and I went on our first cruise. Amber did a great job with all the details and planning. We had a wonderful time at both of the ports, Mahogany Bay and Cozumel. The trip was an overall great experience. Will definitely book another trip through Amber.

We booked our Costa Rican honeymoon through Julie at The Travel Agent, Inc. and could not have been happier! The planning process was fun and enjoyable (coming from someone who hates planning trips...), and we felt totally prepared as we left the country. Julie specifically recommended and booked the El Silencio Lodge & Spa, located in Bajos del Toro. We both agreed that staying at El Silencio was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely gorgeous property, surrounded by the peaceful cloud forest. The service was above and beyond, and we were able to enjoy local cuisine and traditions! Julie helped us find packages and prices that worked for us, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, relaxing honeymoon. We can't wait to book with Julie again!

We started in September to plan. Trip in June the following year. 3 week retirement vacation in the UK. We spoke with Brenda Walters. Specified the things we like what we wanted to see. A month later we receive and Itinerary with nothing we asked for. It was a pre packaged trip. We said theirs none of the sights we wanted to see. She says oh it's just a sample thought you might like it. January comes second itenarary same thing. So Febuarary we get an Email from Patti Lehman a new agent. She goes over the things we want and sends us an itenarary for 21 day trip with "15 days of leisure" she got the date and cities right But tours and activities not at all. All this for 22,000 dollars flights not included. We had to go so far as to send her a direct link to a play we wanted to see after she says it's not playing during your trip. So she revises itinerary with the play rerouted the trip. Leaving out more then half of the events.
At this point they tell us they want an additional 200.00 on top of the original 200.00 we paid for their incompetents .
This place is a scam. Save your money and use a good travel agency.

I wrote to them asking about a particular flight, and hoping to find a better deal. I am not new to traveling and I know how airline pricing works, but I was hoping that they might have a connection for a better deal. Part of their email response was this:

"Regarding your comments about the current cost availability for the one flight you need on Sept 22nd, it has been my experience over the 25+ years I have been in this industry, airfare VERY RARELY decreases in cost, and I’ve never seen commercial airline carriers add on additional flights when one flight becomes sold out. So, as much as I know this is not what you want to hear, you need to book the flight you want NOW before the price continues to increase on you. "

Having traveled quite a bit, I knew this was completely false. Airfares are CONSTANTLY fluctuating. Since that email was sent, the flight I was considering has decreased by $200. Clearly, they have no idea what they are doing, and they want to sucker maximum dollars out of whoever they do business with. I would not even consider contacting them again for any reason.
