As long as I’m friendly the staff seems friendly. That’s ok with me considering all that they have to deal with but overall I’d give them a 10

I travel public transit all over the country and San Diego transit is one of the worst systems I've experienced. A pass gets me one hour of travel, but the shortest route to my destination takes 3 hours! And yes, I'm still in San Diego start to finish. AWFUL

MTS may be violating the Federal False Claims Act—Investigate Their Federal Funding Contracts!

If you have been cited by MTS, I strongly encourage you to research Qui Tam litigation under the False Claims Act, as individuals who expose fraud can be rewarded when MTS is required to repay misused federal funds.

Today, an MTS officer unintentionally became a defendant in my 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 13th Amendment lawsuit due to actions that sought to return me to conditions akin to peonage in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1581. Additionally, hindering family unity may also violate international human rights treaties.

If you believe you have been wrongfully targeted or if MTS has misused federal funding, take action and hold them accountable.

The line was short when I came at 2:50pm on A Thursday. As I came in with my form filled out and ID ready, the processing was quick, including credit card payment and photo processing for the Compass Card. No complaints.

Went here to get PRONTO cards for a stay in San Diego. We were pleased to see that we could buy passes for our stay AND receive senior discounts. The gentleman who assisted us was friendly, informative, and very helpful, answering all of our questions in an easy-to-understand manner. We look forward to using our passes, while visiting the San Diego area.
