Totally decent but I don’t think it holds up to a 4.9 rating. The braised beef wasn’t very tender and the bowl needed more seasoning on the veg or more sauce. Just kind of bland for all the fresh ingredients used. Huge portion for the price though.

The pita and dip were delicious but I found it a very interesting choice to have all 3 dips in the same ramekin. The garlic spread was very very good.

Usually getting regular food at an ice cream shop is a recipe for disappointment, but we did it anyways and were pleasantly surprised. The ice cream was great - as you would expect. They also had a low sugar option. But the food surprised us. We grabbed a couple of their bowls and they were full of well-spiced and fresh ingredients.

The staff were all really chill and the place was cozy as well.

Although there are several vegetarian options, the ones we choices haven't tasty. Portion is small, serves in cold bread is not tossed and not firm and feel like from cheap store, Quality is so so.

Large, tasty vegetarian options made with fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly and they have a lot of different options with bowls, wraps, and sandwiches.

The tempeh BBQ bowl was delicious.

1st visit. Staff was friendly, kind and informative.
We got 3 meals (forgot to take a picture of 2). Not a long wait, maybe 10 minutes to get our meals.
Recommend sharing if getting rice bowls. Huge portion. It was too much rice for myself, so I picked out the protein and toppings. It's totally fine! Next time, I would just do half the rice portion given for myself.

Got the sushi bowl with chicken instead of tuna. Delicious and well balanced.

Just a fantastic place for healthy, fresh and flavor-filled food while visiting New River Gorge National Park! We stopped in for lunch after doing the Bridge Walk, and found plenty of rice bowl options for us and the kids too. The hospitality was exceptional and they even offered a complimentary bowl for our daughter who preferred a less spicy option. Best part is you can do the ice cream parlor right after your meal!!
