My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sullivan House Bed & Breakfast during the 4th of July weekend, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by David, who gave us a delightful tour of the beautiful house and showed us to our rooms.

As someone who grew up in Chipley and often walked past this historic home on my way to high school, it was a nostalgic and heartwarming experience to finally stay here. Built in 1927, the house has retained its charm and elegance, boasting well-furnished and spacious interiors in excellent condition.

David, our gracious host, was always accessible and easy to communicate with. He made our mornings special by offering freshly brewed coffee and serving hot homemade beignets on the porch, followed by a 5-star breakfast. Each breakfast during our stay was exceptional, and David's warm personality made us feel right at home.

One of the highlights of the Sullivan House is its convenient location, just 30 minutes from Panama City Beach. The cost of our stay was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the breakfasts, which were far superior to any hotel offering. Dinner is also available for an additional cost, adding to the convenience and luxury of our stay.

I strongly recommend the Sullivan House Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting Chipley, FL. It is a true gem that combines historic charm, exceptional hospitality, and unbeatable value.

Amazing place to have a mini family get together. 3 rooms was more than enough for 3 adults and 4 kids. There are some areas where kids shouldn't be without adult supervision but this place is lovely. 2nd time there and would recommend for solo to small families. David is great at accommodating dietary needs and wants

My Wife and I spent the first and last night of our honeymoon here. Absolutely one of the best experiences we've had.The Sullivan House is a pure time travel experience. It's like walking straight into the 1920s in every way. Not 20s themed Real 1920s. From the hardwood floors to the all tile bathroom to the furniture, Fire place's and light fixtures its better than any time pierod moive or picture could portray. David the Host is Very kind and a chill guy. He makes one of the best and biggest breakfasts I've ever had. I've had it twice the doughnuts were amazing and authentic traditional style. it was the first I've ever had poached eggs and steak on toast absolutely amazing and I normally don't eat eggs. My Wife and I absolutely had a wonderful time. We hope to return as soon as possible as many times as possible.

We stayed here while visiting family for the holidays this year and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. David is an excellent host (and chef). I love that the house was decorated for the holidays, so cozy, complete with a wood burning fire in the fireplace. From starting my day with coffee on the porch before breakfast to ending it drinking in the whiskey room with River & Puppy (The Sullivan House pups) this stay was a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back. David was available 24/7 and accommodated our needs. If you love a house with history and breakfast food, this is it.

This house is incredible! David greeted us warmly and it was hard to not jump around pointing at everything. The house has a lot of beautiful hardwood and the decorations are spot on! He isn't trying to force a vision with overly themed rooms. Each room we peaked in was classic and comfortable with each piece of furniture being incredibly beautiful and old but in pristine condition. Our room had a cedar closet and a regular one. The cedar closet was phenomenal and I've never been excited about a closet before. Yes, I know it sounds silly. The only complaint is that the bed was so comfortable it was hard not to immediately fall asleep. Started a movie and we were out.

First breakfast was fresh doughnuts, yogurt granola and strawberry parfait, pancakes and bacon with coffee orange juice and water. Second was orange with a bowl of eggs, sausage, bacon over rye toast that was hard not to eat the whole thing. The breakfast was so good without being heavy and enough that we skipped lunch both days.

We went to the Caverns and to falling waters, both of them are awe inspiring. Honestly, this was my favorite mini vacation we've ever been on. The Sullivan house ensured that! Clean, beautiful, comfortable, delicious breakfast and general perfection. Honestly as soon as we spent 10 minutes in the room we started planning a return trip.

The Sullivan House is absolutely dripping with charm! Clean, comfortable , spacious, and lovely. Our host David was beyond wonderful in making our stay perfect. He made us a delicious breakfast recommended places nearby and was very welcoming. I can't wait to stay here again!
