We were very impressed. The room had a lot of space. Very clean and well decorated with gorgeous views. Every interaction we had with the staff, they were super helpful and pleasant. We stayed during Thanksgiving week and we were so happy we wanted to extend our stay. We’ll be planning our return trip soon. Highly recommend!

We have talked about staying here for a long time and we are so glad we did!!
Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the harbour sunset. The furniture is very comfortable and the amenities are excellent. It’s nice to wander the shops below and it’s got a beautiful walking path right outside the door all along the harbour. It is very reasonable and a steal if you were two couples sharing the two well appointed bedrooms each with an ensuite.
Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. We mentioned it was our anniversary and we had a nice surprise waiting for us on the counter in the room. Such a lovely touch!! We booked directly by calling the hotel and saved $70!! We will definitely be back!

From the moment I reached out to the hotel to ask about their pet-friendly policy, I knew I was in for a remarkable experience. I spoke with Kat at the front desk, explaining that I was adopting a pug named Dude in Cape Coral and needed a place to stay overnight to break up the drive. Kat’s warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at ease, but what followed during check-in was truly extraordinary.
As I arrived with Dude, Kat and the staff didn’t just confirm the pet policy—they went above and beyond. They took a few delightful photos of Dude right there at check-in for their social media page, celebrating our new journey together with genuine enthusiasm. When I stepped into my room, I was greeted with an incredible surprise: a thoughtfully curated goody bag. Inside was a heartfelt letter signed by the entire staff, a brand-new dog toy, adorable pug-themed socks, a pug magnet, and a stack of helpful coupons. If I overlooked anything in my excitement, my apologies—it was all so wonderfully overwhelming!
Kat and the entire team’s exceptional care and attention to detail turned a simple stopover into a cherished memory. Their kindness has earned them a customer for life, and I’ll never forget this heartwarming experience. If you’re seeking a welcoming, low-key retreat with unparalleled hospitality, this is the place to stay. Thank you, Kat, and the entire staff, for making Dude and me feel so at home!

The Suites at Fishermen’s Village is a gem! From the location, to the amazing suite, to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, warm and inviting. Live music, Praise in the sand Sunday service, and the cruises. We will definitely be back and we strongly recommend this place!

I love the grande village sunset suite, the balcony view is beautiful I saw a Red Moon from the balcony, the apartment is new and clean, the staff services it was excellent. hopefully when I came back again the new restaurants are open. The atmosphere is quaint.

We discovered a severe bed bug infestation in our room. There were at least 20 visible bugs on the bed, pillows, and wall—along with bite marks on my child. Although I notified staff immediately and provided photo evidence, their response was dismissive and more focused on us proving our experience through sufficient photo/video evidence than addressing the issue. We had to throw away several items and take extensive precautions to prevent the spread to our home. Extremely disappointed and concerned about how this was handled. I sincerely hope this property takes serious action to prevent others from going through the same experience, although I highly doubt they will based on how our issue was handled. I wouldn't wish bed bugs on my worst enemy so proceed with caution before staying here. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Also, if the bed bugs aren't enough to scare you away, the bedroom windows next to the hallway wouldn't lock so anyone could have crawled in our room anytime they wanted. I strongly advise considering other lodging in the area.

Stayed for 5 months while house was being repaired staff was wonderful and friendly. front desk friendly, stayed in room 14 by center Court whenever there were bands playing or any special occasions the door to the apartment was closed you could not hear anything outside great sound proof would stay again ,clean, did not want to leave

A lovely spot directly on the water. The rooms are on the second floor over a walking mall of independent businesses and restaurants. Very conviently located about a mile from the downtown with many restaurants and at the end of a bike and walking trail that goes to the Peace River along the waterfront.
