I initially was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel upon my 1st visit. I came 4 hrs from home & this place was recommended. However on my 2nd visit, 20 mins after I checked in I found out the purpose of my trip was completely canceled & there was absolutely no need for the room. I immediately returned to the front desk to explain the situation to be refunded & the girl at the front did not accommodate me & give me my refund. That was completely tasteless & I was robbed out of $80 for a room I did not use. I was planning to give this place a high rating but after this I won't be back & I'm very disappointed.

one star. there was no one in the office, we waited 10 minutes for someone to book us a room. a man comes, without even saying hello, asks for documents and a card, tells us a higher price, we prove to him that this is an inflated price and show the evidence, the price magically decreases. After that he spoke rudely to us, could not say anything or explain because of the language barrier. We finished with the reservation and went up to room 201, it was smoked and smelled unbearably of tobacco. On the bed we found hair that did not match our hair color at all, we are sure it was not our hair. It was already 2 am, we did not ask him to change it because it was very late, there was a man who was rude and we ourselves were tired. In the morning there was a knock on our door, they rang from the office and came in, although the room was rented from 13.01 to 14.01. The girl who came to us in the morning also couldn't say anything, she spoke with difficulty, I guess because she didn't know English. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.

I been coming here to get away with my friend since they renovated. Never had an issue with staff at all..now they have this young Latina who works front desk and was very rude to me and my friends and then straight up lied to us there were no rooms even tho we were renting 4 rooms and it was clearly more than 7 rooms available we counted them. She is causing you guys money especially losing your regulars cause of her attitude then she lies to management and gets us on no rent list so now u have lost a total of 8 regulars cause of her and u didn't even investigate at all for a honary unprofessional employer

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I had checked the opinion earlier. The place seems to be renovated, but the dirt and mess that is there is frightening. Dirty bedding! Some hair everywhere. TRAGEDY! In addition, there are bugs - bedbugs, fleas. My husband and I were terribly bitten. The walls of the rooms are probably made of paper because you can hear everything. The street is very busy, you can't sleep. For such money you can already sleep in the center.

THIS PLACE WAS AWFUL!!! I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN THERE NOR RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND! STAY AWAY! The beds were old, warped, and had stains under the mattress topper! The mattress dipped in the middle. The floors were filthy. I took a shower and walked around without my socks on and they were DIRTY again! The bathroom was “clean” like wiped down but grim was in the crevices. Shower head was calcified. There was no blanket just 2 sheets. I had to ask for a blanket and was scolded because it’s too hot. It had bed bugs as well! Disgusting! The area was absolutely not safe. Drugs being sold. Gas station literally next door on the corner also selling drugs. Liquor store on the other corner. NOT SAFE at all! I couldn’t move hotels because there were none available for that same day in the immediate 30 surrounding minute area. Super busy traffic area and very noisy! When I asked for a refund, the front desk was rude and said you should have said something! I was saying it Now! Also “mandatory “ fee of $67? Anyone who asks for recommendations will be steered far away from there! I would like a REFUND and be contacted by the owner! Our room was extremely dirty and smelled of smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. When I asked to be moved they said there were no other rooms.
UPDATE to Edit: I don’t want your sorry excuses that you have given every single review on here! I want a FULL REFUND.

I regrated that I didn't look reviews before I booked. The safety concern is real. There are a lot of people talking loud around the building and since the motel is located at an intersection and there is gas station next to it, it is very noisy and unsafe. Stay away and do not recommend.

Unsafe. I don't feel safe at any hotel anymore. Police were at this location twice in one night once due to someone parked in a bad spot and blasting music, and the other time for a man pounding on the door below us (my boyfriend and I) and demanding for it to be opened. 200 a night for messy sheets, unclean floors, and thin walls. It's not a good place to have a motel. I thought I was going to die.

The pros are relatively affordable price and renovated rooms. However several cons - area is pretty sketchy and non-smoking room smell like smoke. Cleanliness could also use improvement. Worst of all one of the nights around 1am/2am we were woken up by an apparent street takeover (extremely loud) right outside the motel, followed by a massive police response with sirens blaring - makes you feel unsafe
