Cute rooms. Came for our anniversary, which is not romantic, but we booked last minute. I love how its walking distance from all the hot spots, then we didn't have to worry about parking. The traffic is horrible, but you can't hear it from the room. Nice big parking lot and cute balcony. The rooms looked cute in photos online, but there could be a little more updates.

Our room #30 hadn’t been updated since the 70’s: old school A/C unit & controls as well as light switches & fan above the bed, old tub/toilet & low sink counter, popcorn ceilings, hole-punch key card & old furniture. BUT, it was all very clean, the hotel staff were cordial, the outside seating was cute, we stayed cold during the night (even though temps outside were hot) & the King bed was comfortable. There was also a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The absolute best part of this Inn is the location! There are so many restaurants & shops within walking distance - it is fabulous!! The Tlaquepaque Shopping Center is just down the street while Uptown & Shops at Pinon Pointe are just up the street. For what it is - an older but clean & comfortable place to stay - it is definitely worth booking this Inn to stay at during your stay in Sedona. It is not new & updated - but is clean, comfortable & extremely well located. Very fair pricing compared to other locations in September, as well.

we came and hour earlier than the check in time. no one there. found a guy who was sitting outside. he said even though room ready. can not drop bags off early. sink did not drain. toilet had a problem flushing. smoke alarm in the room went off all night. no one on site between 9pm and 8 am. when shared this info to morning person at the desk to help them for future guests they did not seem interested to fix problems. would not stay here again.

My wife booked a room for our 30th wedding anniversary but we ended up having to cancel our trip due to Hurricane Milton. But the hotel refused our request for a refund, claiming we didn’t provide 24 hours notice. That was not possible as no one knew where the hurricane was headed, not even the meteorologists. We canceled as soon as we learned Milton was headed for the Tampa Bay area (which was still 22 hours or so before we were scheduled to arrive) so we could make preparations and not lose our home. You’d think these places would give you some slack when dealing with natural disasters.

Nestled in the lower half of Sedona, the hotel offers a convenient location to reach most destinations. It has a nice covered area on the south side of the single floor structure where you can relax and enjoy the view, if you can handle the heat. While it does have clean rooms and is a very clean property, the rooms are dated and poorly lit. With every available light on in the room, it still was fairly dim - certainly not close to the pictures that are listed on the site. The toilet close proximity to the bathtub/shower was really tight, not a lot of room. All in all, it isn't a bad place, just extremely overpriced for what there is.

This does not look special upon arrival but, the staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in went off seamlessly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. They seemed to have thought of everything, including additional rags to clean your shoes after a day of red rock hiking. The patio with views of the red rocks was really nice. It's location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping. The Tlaquepaque Shopping Village is only a 5 minute walk from your room, providing many shops, galleries and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoys our stay here.

The Sedona Hilltop Inn boasts a prime location, making it convenient to reach various destinations. However, we were disappointed to find several yellow stains on the bedding and pillows. Opting not to raise an issue, we simply placed a towel over them, eager for some much-needed rest. Definitely out dated and water pressure was very low. Despite being informed of an 11 am checkout time, upon our return from the trail at 10:40 am, we found the room already being cleaned (We brought our luggages with us, but still interesting to find it being cleaned without checking out).

Great location. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Room was very spacious. Very clean. Negatives included no ice available. Saw a review that ice machine was broken four months ago. It still is. We were told to buy ice across the street. Also, bed in my room was extremely hard. Like sleeping on a wooden board. I did not get any rest. A simple 1 inch mattress pad would make a world of difference. Overpriced overall.
