I stayed in the Presidential Suite at this hotel for a weekend getaway trip but I would not stay here again. The room was nicely decorated, but the air conditioning did not work well which made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Even though the outdoor weather had highs only in the low 70s with lows in the 40s during our stay, I could not get the air conditioning to cool below 70 degrees in our room. I had to open the doors to the balcony every night just to cool the room down a bit. I called maintenance twice and they told me the air conditioning was working properly. God help you if you stay in this room when it's actually hot outside. For me, it's just unacceptable to not to be able to cool my room down below 70 degrees.

In addition, the mattress and pillows felt old, worn out, and not very comfortable. Overall, the room was pretty but not very comfortable to be in. In a hotel of this caliber, I expect my room to be more comfortable than my room here was. I would not recommend this resort.

This newly renovated resort can be found tucked away amongst the McCormick neighborhood in Scottsdale. I do not exaggerate when I say that they did not miss anything when bringing this property back to life. From the moment you turn onto the drive leading to the hotel you feel like you've entered a luxurious getaway. The staff is extremely welcoming and hospitable. We traveled with our two French bull dogs and the dog friendly amenities weren't skipped! The resort is aesthetically stunning, beautifully thought out concepts throughout the grounds. We loved taking advantage of their exceptional restaurant La Fogata, their adult game room, the Social Boardroom and their hidden speakeasy, Madam. All of which were fabulous and unique experiences! They even have a cafe, Barnabys, with coffee, wine, snacks and retail items! If you're in the valley or traveling out of state, this resort will more than accommodate all of your needs! ||They also host so many fun monthly events! First Friday movie nights, yappy hour, five-course themed chefs dinners and more!!

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Arizona for my friend's baby shower, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The hotel was impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were outstanding—extremely attentive and genuinely friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The atmosphere was perfect for celebrating such a special occasion. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. You won't be disappointed!

What an amazing stay! Starting with Leon the valet. Super friendly and helpful. Front desk team (Andrew especially) was amazing and gave out little custom „wishing coins“ for the kids to toss in the fountain-they loved it. The bar team was amazing (Jeff, Alex, Zee and Danny/Daniel(?)), awesome cocktails and great service! Jayme, the manager, was so friendly and accommodating. She seemed to be everywhere at the same time 🙂
John by the pool may have been the friendliest server I’ve ever come across. My wife and her friend went to the spa and absolutely loved every second of their experience! The resort has the warmest pool (which is great because it was a little chilly out) and has a super cool lounge room where you can play pool and shuffle board and a giant golf simulator. And there’s a secret speak easy!!! We will be back! Perfect for adults and kids!

We will be coming back! 100%. Absolutely loved this hotel. So many extra special touches. We loved attending the Saturday morning yoga and all the food we had was so yummy and reasonably priced! My favorite was secret speak easy up stairs! Incredible martini! The rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom had great lighting and I loved the green tiles and everything is the room has been recently remodeled! Very spacious and cozy!

My wife & I stayed at the The Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton Dec 10-11, 2024. |Jacob at the front desk was incredibly nice, extremely friendly, funny, and very helpful! |He made us feel very welcomed and made our anniversary trip very memorable. ||Jacob went above & beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay. |Every interaction was warm and welcoming. |He helped with our check-in, coordinated our parking, helped with billing issues & gave lots of great recommendations. |His first recomedation was to have dinner at La Fogata, where we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Antonio. |Antonio is another wonderful man who is funny, happy, and knowledgeable and provides phenomenal customer service. |We had an amazing meal topped off with Antonio's smile & laughter. ||We finished our evening in The Madam, where Zee made us all laugh, feel at home & had great recommendations in this incredible, intimate setting, even with the large convention going on. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return & spend more time at this lovely establishment that is staffed by incredible people. ||Thank you very much for all your help, Jacob, Antonio & Zee!

Matthew at the front desk went beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His personality, attitude and guest care level exceeted expectations. Well maintained and clean facility. Only reason 4 star for service, baby crib we requested was not delivered until the next morning. Otherwise great staff and great service. We will definitely be back.

Amazing resort tucked away in in beautiful McCormick Ranch. Josie at Barnaby's Cafe is so pleasant and makes a great Latte. Jacob at the Front Desk was so welcoming and provided us with fun resort sponsored activities. Room was spacious and tasteful southwestern decor. Outdoor movie was a fun experience with full service bar, fresh popcorn and made to order tacos was a nice touch. Staff was super friendly and provided great service. Zee at the Madam speakeasy made us amazing cocktails to die for. Great place, cozy and you do feel like just number like the larger resorts in Scottsdale.
