The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and pleasant. We have stayed here several times and love it here. Our daughter loves that the pools are heated. The beds are very comfortable and the villas are quite spacious. The showers already have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in them. They don't have the tiny bottles. They have pumps in the shower and they are always filled and the products smell amazing. It's a great family place to stay and it's also great for couples.

This is a huge resort hotel area with multiple pools and meeting areas. Close to “old Scottsdale” with a lot of nightlife and there are plenty of very nice restaurants in the area. You are also not left out if you want to shop. The staff, overall, were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean - but some feel old and in need of an update. We also did not discover there was no bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper in the room until almost midnight the first night. The pool areas are fun and kid and adult friendly. The breakfast buffet (not included) is probably the best I’ve been to in years, so I know the kitchen staff can cook and the food for our groups evening reception was top notch. The bar menu is nothing special and the good did not match the quality we received in other areas. Also, I’ve never seen a bar do last call at 11 pm with a busy bar and chase people out at 11:30. Plenty of parking and we were able to pick fresh oranges off some trees that were very good

I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway. Our guest house had stunning mountain views, and we loved the patio. The location is peaceful yet close to everything. While the check-in staff lacked customer service, the bellmen were extremely helpful. However, reaching the hotel by phone was difficult, as everything seems to be online. Despite that, the amenities and scenery were fantastic

The staff members are so sweet and lovely. But paying what we did for two nights should have at least had things like shampoo and conditioner properly stocked, no holes or stains in the "luxurious" robes, no holes in the lamp shades and working batteries in the tv remotes. Or even a free breakfast would make up for some of it. Looks like the hotel was very nice years ago but not so much now. $100 for a pedicure at the spa, you are so much better off taking the 5 minute drive to the local nail salon. You sit in this makeshift bench that is so incredibly uncomfortable, and the value of it is the same as a basic $30 pedicure at any nail salon, and at least there you have a massage chair. $100 should include at least a hot stone or a paraffin but nothing special about it.

The one good thing- the staff. Salon and spa staff were AMAZING and so incredibly hardworking and sweet. The front desk and the room service people were so kind and helpful.

For over $1500 for two nights, and a pedicure and blowout- go somewhere else.

Great Rooms, Tasty food and a wonderful staff. Highly recommend this property. |The suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner at JD's restaurant was a great experience. The presentation, service and taste of the food were all all top-notch. We also enjoyed the giant hot tub at the café cabana along with a few beers and a snack. |We will definitely be back.

The resort is beautiful and the staff were all amazing. We loved our room alongside the pool. The resort is well maintained with beautiful plants and scenery. The breakfast was absolutely delicious I miss it. JD's lunch and drink were also fantastic. We had a great stay there.

Usually I wipe down my room with disinfectant when I arrive - no need. Cleanest resort I have ever stayed in. Grounds were beautiful and so well maintained. Friendly staff - they were so focused on making my stay the best experience. Great for families as well as people who just want to keep to themselves. Incredibly pet-friendly. Can't wait to come back.

We had the best time at this resort! We booked this trip pretty last minute and they were so accommodating and great to work with! Our room was great for a great price. Very clean and tidy. The staff was beyond amazing! The gentleman who drive the shuttles and the golf carts are absolutely amazing, very personable and nice to chat with. The pools were great, the cabana bar at the pool was so nice and convenient. We unfortunately have to leave tomorrow but we can not wait to come back in the future and let all our family and friends know this is the place to stay! Money well spent!!
