We ordered the popular Salmon Burger and it did not disappoint! It’s so moist and delicious! The fries are freshly cooked and tasty too. The guy at the counter is a huge Superbad movie fan and speaking in quotes which was hilarious! Highly recommend this spot if you’re in town 🙂

There are small food trucks around this place which share common seating arrangements. So one can order and take out food and sit and eat.

The salmon cakes were delicious. We also had the salmon burgers and chips. I especially loved Salmon cakes more than the burgers.

My first salmon burger and wow was I impressed!!! Highly recommend this cute spot in talkeetna. The staff members were kind and the food was delicious. My fiancé had the chowder which she loved.

Delicious food with friendly service. We had the salmon burger, salmon cake salad, and chowder-all amazing. Prices are very reasonable too. Great spot for a quick meal in Talkeetna!

This is not a good quality food truck. The patties are commercial mass market and have no crust, the fillings are very sparse and the whole thing was ordinary. On top of that while we were eating the cook ducked out of the truck for a cigarette and smoked just next to us which was disgusting. Choose somewhere else. Every place in Talkeetna has a salmon burger, this one is the worst.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the dishes at this spot. While it is a fast food style spot, I had hoped for more emphasis on fresh, locally sourced fish. Instead, it felt like the dishes were made with generic, corporation-made ingredients. However, considering the location, I wasn't expecting too much. I hope to see more focus on quality fish in the future.

Stopped here after reading glorious reviews. Place lived up to the hype. Delicious food. Had the salmon chowder in bread and salmon cakes and both were very good. Service was fast and friendly. Beer from the next door beer garden made for a well rounded meal.
