The atmosphere in the place is fun and it was a good time for New Year’s Eve The DJ and the DJ staff were the best. Lots of entertainment. The food was not good Everything was cold Buffet line was an a hour long. Need a much better system for serving With the booking fees, we paid just around $200 a person and we were eight people for that much money the food should’ve been high quality and it was not. The crazy thing is the place is only 2/3 full and they still did not serve the food properly

We went to The Royal Palm annual New Year’s Eve bash and wow, they went above and beyond to showcase everything they have to offer. What an unforgettable night amongst family friends at this incredible establishment. The owners, general manager and the rest of the team are just phenomenal. I am grateful to Paola for the help and guidance she provided us along the way and cannot thank her enough. She is a person who is very sweet and knowledgeable, and she was able to guide and assist me with great help until the very end. Theresa took care of all of my phone calls and provided me with an answer to every single question I had! I am grateful for your assistance. We were fortunate to have many people helping us on the day of the wedding. Jonathan Villega and Gisselle were extremely helpful to us! We are deeply grateful for them! They organized everything and assisted us in transporting it to the car at the conclusion of the event. We developed a personal bond with them, which was enjoyable because even though they were working, they still managed to have a good time with us. I strongly recommend this beautiful venue! Beautiful venue and amazing customer service. I had my wedding reception at this venue and was very happy with the customer service provided by Karen, Paola, and Jonathan V who was my bridal attendant. Karen and Paola are so kind and professional. Their expertise on weddings and receptions truly eased my stress on one of the most important days of my life, a huge milestone. Jonathan V was so so respectful and helpful to me on my reception day. He ensured I was comfortable, not stressed out and had everything I needed for my big day!! I highly recommend this venue for your special events, whether it be a birthday, bridal shower, wedding, reception and anything in between!! Also, I did end up using their in House decor vendor Ruban events!! It will be the best decision you will ever make! The decor team is so hard working, and they truly make dreams come true and turj your vision into reality.

Perfect Baby Shower Venue!

We had our baby shower at The Royal Palm, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless and beautifully set up. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made us feel really comfortable, especially with family and friends gathering.
