we just checked out this morning, it was our first time staying in Ritz. heard a lot of good words from the friends and families talked about but next have the chance to try the famous Ritz. and there are some issue needs to point our, first of all the front desk staff. Some of them are very nice, offer the cold bottle water and arrange the room key right after we arrived, but for some how they just don't answer the phone. i called them just now to seek help to understand all my charges ( not to dispute) just to understand all the charges during our stay, cuz i did got a fraud alert text from my bank due to a large amount of charge from Ritz, however, the staff who finally pick up the phone just answer very polite and coldly to told me there is nothing she can do about it. i mean... if i decline all the charges, how do I pay for the stay and the services that already happened you could be more comfort and more patient with me..... Overall, i just want to pay my bill correctly and don't get fraud transaction in my account. can you blame me for it? I've been Marriot member almost 8 years and used that to travel, so I can be very responsible to tell you that I am a good paying customer to you. hope you guys can improve. also the steak house is awesome, the view is stunning! just the front desk staff dropped the ball.......

Enjoyed a recent two night stay, one of which included Club Lounge access. Room in building three at the beginning of the hallway was fine but would have preferred a room at the end of the hallway to avoid some noise made by passers by. The courtyard and mountain view was serene. Some of the bath towels were threadbare. Room was in good shape otherwise although power outlets on the nightstands were lacking. Meryl in the lounge took good care of us. The lunch offerings were better than dinner, although the sandwiches weren't always replenished. Soup was excellent. Wine and beer are self service but cocktails are mixed behind the scenes by the attendants. The numerous deep fried items at dinner were disappointing. We enjoyed the outdoor tables and the TV room in the lounge. The adult pool was quiet and service was fine. Would pass on the nachos next time. Front desk staff were top notch. The welcome cocktail was a nice touch. I do wish that self parking was an option as there were items we would have liked to retrieve from the car ourselves.

This is my second time at this Ritz Carlton, and I have to say, the customer service here is unbeatable. When i first booked this hotel, I just wanted to go here because i wanted to cross it off of my list as another Ritz that i wanted to go here. But i did not expect that i would have fell in love with this place. Every single staff member is top notch. From the steak house, to housekeeping, to engineering, to the bellmen and most of all the front desk. I came with my grandmother during a busy time for the hotel, yet each staff member went above and beyond. My grandmother even forgot some items, and when we went back Anthony escorted us back to the room and was extremely pleasant!||I wanted to especially write this review for Christian C. at the front desk. He is in fact, top notch. He is extremely professional, courteous, accommodating and kind. He is a great pattern of excellent customer service. Actually, its people like him that make us want to come back. Thank you Christian! You are very much so appreciated! ||This area for me is not really someplace that i would have thought that i would come to repeatedly since i do not golf or sunbathe, however the service that this Ritz provides is highly commendable!||If you are on the fence of choosing hotels, it is definitely worth the money. I'll be back for my birthday with some friends this time so that i can show them how amazing this place is!

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage was exceptional! The staff is incredibly polite, professional, and dedicated to making every guest feel special. A special shoutout to Nathan, the manager, who was amazing—responsive, attentive, and truly outstanding.

The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, top-notch amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether by the pool, at the spa, or dining, every moment felt luxurious. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

We just checked in last night, and my first order of business was a 50 minute stress relief massage with Liliana. I normally wouldn’t write a review so quickly but I wanted to share this exceptional experience before forgetting any details.

First, the spa facilities are spectacular. Everything is meticulously kept, and is set in the most peaceful environment. Everything was in proper working order including the steam room, saunas and aromatherapy showers (those were a new one for me despite traveling to many wonderful 5 star hotels around the world).

Next - Liliana asked me for specific areas of focus. I had a sports related injury and she paid very close attention to it and offered me some very much needed pain relief. I have had many massages where the therapist asks about trouble areas and doesn’t really do anything about it. Not Liliana - I haven’t felt this physically good since about 6 months ago when I got the injury. I am so very thankful for her skill and kindness.

I considered other spas in Palm Springs instead of the resort spa for my treatment, and I am so happy I decided to pay the slight premium for this exceptional experience.

The rest of the property is what you would expect - some of the most beautiful views, amazing service, amazing food - all while being at I believe 100% capacity for the holiday.

10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back and may make this new years trip an annual one.

My son and I drove in from the Rose Bowl and once we arrived didn't leave. This is an incredible property. Not only is it breathtaking from when you walk in the door, but the service is perfection. From the valet, bellman, to the front desk, everyone goes above and beyond. We had 1 full day and just truly relaxed at the pool which was a perfect temperature and the spa. The food was outstanding and there is almost no need to leave. I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirate!

This was one of the very best Ritzs that I’ve stayed at. We were there 6 nights, plenty of time for something to go wrong but everything was great. We did not have one single complaint. It was a pleasure to stay there. Friendly, courteous, professional. I’m an in-room coffee drinker. Staff came in and replenished everything each day. That sounds small, but it never happens. It’s just an example of the attention to detail. Very clean.

Bad room….. I love this location! I e been coming to this hotel dive it was built. I love if forever. Everyone is so amazing that works there we always have the best times. But, our room this stay was horrid. 1216 has a balcony that faces the bar and is under the club lounge. So loud and no privacy. Was a very loud weekend also which I wouldn’t reccomend. Best to stay here when children are in school.
