We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Ritz Carlton to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel is beautiful and the location offers incredible views. We were lucky that we got to enjoy a beautiful sunny day with a drop dead gorgeous sunset from our oceanfront room!||The real reason I am taking the time to write this review is to give credit where it is due. I want to thank the staff for turning what started out as a bad day for me into an amazing day. From the moment we pulled up into valet parking, we were greeted with smiles and kindness from employees who made it clear that we chose the right hotel.||At the front desk we were greeted by Camille who checked us into our room. She went above and beyond to make us feel special for our anniversary. I told her I had a rough start to our day but her kindness and exceptional customer service skills truly was a blessing. She offered us wine, complimentary aroma packs and upgraded our room. When we walked into our room we were grateful to God for how the staff at this hotel made me forget about the rough start to our day.||The servers at 180blu were polite and attentive as well. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze with a great meal.||Thank you so much for the experience! Your employees are the best!

I celebrated my birthday here last weekend, and I couldn't have asked for a more incredible experience! I have stayed at this property many times already and it's been outstanding every time, but somehow the staff managed to make the stay even more special -- every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and personalized!||Trey at the front desk has remembered me right away every time I've come back to the property and gave my friends and I a nice warm welcome! He moved us into the exact room we wanted and we really enjoyed the champagne. ||Our first stop was the fire pit where we also had another very warm welcome and birthday wishes from Karen! We walked around and enjoyed the beautiful property the rest of the evening until dinner, which was amazing, where we were treated to an amazing birthday cake and complimentary dessert. ||The next morning at the pool Maddie brought us water and snacks and really started our day on a nice note! We went to the bar upstairs later to redeem our included drinks and Rani went REALLY above and beyond with bringing us birthday treats and recommendations, and took a group photo of us celebrating at the table! SB behind the bar also came to bring me a special birthday drink that he newly created that was SO good and beautiful! It looked and tasted like strawberry cake! Our whole experience at the bar was amazing, Randi, SB (and of course everyone else too) were so kind and it was the perfect end to an amazing trip!||The Ritz-Carlton team made this birthday one I’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality. If you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion (or just treat yourself to an unforgettable getaway), I love this property, it's one of my favorites and I've stayed in A LOT of hotels. I can't recommend this resort enough. I’ll definitely be back! (again!)

I Celebrated my Birthday on the 17th of January at the Ritz-Carlton... I had a memorable Experience. Enjoying the Breathtaking views of the Ocean at the Raya Restaurant, a beautiful Sunset; excellent service by our Server Summer. ||I also enjoyed the exceptional, personalized service from Randi B. and Keri H. And I want to mention too a kind and beautiful soul, a wonder woman, quite experienced as a Bartender, who was there that night (... -my apologies, I don't recall her name ), but if she reads this Review, she'll know is her. ||The Ritz-Carlton continues to live to its HIGH STANDARDS, hiring caring staff, who know how to remain professional yet, genuinely caring for their customers. Every member of their staff were kind and attentive. Well done! -Visiting again.

We stayed here over a weekend and it was a fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and one of the guys at the valet stand gave us really great restaurant suggestions (which we did end up trying!). We had a fireside oceanfront room and the view was fantastic and we used the firepit every night. They even included a complimentary s'mores kit which I thought was a nice touch. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and we slept great!||||We were celebrating our recent small wedding ceremony and the staff surprised us with celebratory chocolate covered strawberries. They really go above and beyond here in terms of service. ||||We did not have a chance to check out the pool but we did walk down to the beach area which was also very picturesque and had a lot of people milling about walking their dogs or just enjoying the surf. ||||We also went to the bar for drinks before dinner and even though it was busy and crowded the service was still top notch. ||||The trolley stop is also right outside the hotel entrance and we did take it a few times to go back and forth to Laguna Beach and found it to be super convenient and reliable.||||Overall a really great stay!

I recently visited the Ritz-Carlton for a business event with ACG, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. This resort is truly a hidden gem that deserves more recognition for its beauty and impeccable service.

The breathtaking views stole the show watching the sunset from this stunning location while sipping on good wine was nothing short of magical. The serene atmosphere combined with the elegant design of the resort creates an unmatched experience.

The staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely fantastic. They made the event seamless and enjoyable, demonstrating the exceptional hospitality that Ritz Carlton is known for.

This resort is not only perfect for business events but also a dream destination for a relaxing stay. I’m already planning to return for a few nights to fully immerse myself in the luxury and tranquility this place offers.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking sophistication, stunning views, and top-notch service.

I came here in 2023 for a business event. It was an amazing place, and it had an amazing beach if you wanted to go for a swim or tan. The sunset at night is absolutely beautiful 😍. Also, they gave us some complimentary sparkling apple cider or a wine. I definitely would recommend it!

We went to see the Candlelight Concert hosted by Fever (a tribute to Taylor Swift’s music), and had a wonderful time. It was better than I even imagined it would be, and my expectations were high. The Ritz Carlton, Dana Point was a stunning venue with wonderful staff. The musicians were incredible. Energetic, engaging, stunningly talented, but without a pretentious air. This is a wonderful and accessible introduction to classic music, one that I can imagine taking my both my 11 year old niece and 78 year old grandmother to.

We will absolutely be back, and bringing more with us. Thank you for a WONDERFUL evening.

The absolute most perfect hotel! I’ve stayed in so many ritz locations and each one is better than the last. The service is impeccable. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond from the moment you step out of your car you are met with smiles and a warm welcome. The taffy in the lobby is a nice touch. Try the watermelon 🍉!
The room itself is stunning. We had room 3004 and the view is gorgeous. You can hear the waves all night and it’s just so peaceful. The room is spacious and love the diptyque products. Breakfast again like the rest of the hotel is amazing. Like look at the view there’s no beating that. The only thing that could have made it better would be seeing dolphins or whales but I’ll have to come again and hope to see them.

1000/10 loved my stay here and touring the property. To the staff at the Ritz Laguna Niguel you all deserve raises for going above and beyond especially the front desk staff.
