One of the best experiences we've ever had. Donna and Wally are experts at making you feel welcomed. Beautiful comfortable rooms with amazing views. The area around here is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and relaxed accommodations. The location is rural and quiet with expansive views overlooking miles of rolling wheat fields. The hosts, Donna and Wally, were very congenial, superb breakfasts.

Wally and Donna are the hosts and you couldn't find more cordial people that make your stay as pleasant and comfortable. The B&B is nestled in the middle of wheat country with a view situated on the high plateau that is breathtaking. You can see from the Blue Mountains to the Snake River and beyond into Idaho. If you're seeking solitude and peaceful surroundings, this is the place to visit. ||||The accommodations are wonderful with two separate bedrooms and baths located upstairs that provide as much privacy as you desire. The king size beds complement the tastefully furnished rooms and I've always found everything sparkling clean. Did I mention the view from the bedroom or the deck? Deer and elk are not unusual seen grazing in the fields that surround the house. ||||I've visited the Ridge House annually for a number of years now. Let me say that there's nothing as enticing as the fragrance of bacon and coffee coming from Donna's gourmet kitchen as you make your way downstairs on a crisp autumn morning. The drive to the B&B is up the hill about 20 minutes out of the little town of Pomeroy, but well worth it.

We just returned from a three-week vacation during which we stayed at numerous places (motels, hotels, B&Bs, campgrounds, etc.). Our first stop was Donna and Wally's B&B near the Blue Mountains by Pomeroy WA. A lovely room in a lovely house overlooking a beautiful landscape! Our host and hostess were inviting and prepared a great breakfast. It set the tone for the rest of our trip! Heard about their experiences in Alaska and other places and enjoyed the many interesting items new and old that decorate their warm and inviting place. Highly recommended!

They really under sell the place. The view is way more incredible than they represent. You're only 3 miles from the national forest. Beautiful wildflowers all around. Amazing farmland everywhere, with all kinds of crops. Some of the best bacon you will ever have. Plenty roomy with huge bedrooms, and a very nice family room area.

We have stayed ourselves and used Donna and Wallys hospitality for out of town quests. Always a wonderful experiance. Highly recommend! Private upstair suites, very clean and comfortable. Adjoining sitting room with large deck and sweeping views of the Palouse from your Blue Mountain perch.

The astounding beauty view is breath taking. You see the brush strokes of God as the breeze gently brushes the fields ever so slightly. The hosts are very personable and welcoming. One is able to see further than you can imagine while the landscapes fades into the distance. We would stay again if it were not for schedules. Highly recommend especially with a tie to the town with family.
