We had a great time at the resort at Glade Springs for an extended girls weekend. We went to the Rotunda for breakfast buffet, the Small Talk Café for breakfast and lunch, and Bunkers sports bar for dinner and after dinner drinks. The staff at all of these locations were extremely friendly and helpful. The food quality was great, from a flavor and freshness perspective. We also used the spa for massages and body wraps, which were delightful! The Harry Potter themed escape room was super fun for an afternoon activity. There are still so much more for us to explore, so we will be back again!

Beautiful grounds! Everything outside is wonderful. The facilities inside were very tired, but the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet. I stayed in the Executive Suites, which did not feel "executive" at all, but it was fine having pet who needed a little space and lots of outdoor walking.

Frankly terrible. The Inn and facilities are very worse for wear. Absolutely nothing is located on site. If you want to use the pool, playground, gym, any of the restaurants, or bar, you will have to take a shuttle. The shuttle does not keep listed hours and quits before the Leisure Center closes, so expect to get stranded or drive yourself. That also precludes you from enjoying the hotel bar and making it back to your room without a designated driver. There is a restaurant on the first floor but it is perpetually closed.

The location is very out of the way, but that is sort of the point I guess. Overall, don't bother. A $200 dollar a night chain hotel is more enjoyable.

We stayed here with a ski group of about 30 youth. The resort is close to skiing (about 20 minutes). There are also many things to do on site. When we weren't skiing, we were at the leisure center.

We received top notch customer service! Angie was so helpful in setting up our lodging arrangements and answering my many questions. Ken did an excellent job scheduling all our on site group activities to ensure we made the best use of time.

We would definitely return as a family or with a group!

My family with kids ages 6 and 8 enjoyed our stay here overall. We stayed at “The Inn” and our room was clean and newly updated. The resort grounds are beautiful (plus they had a ton of snow!) and my kids loved the leisure center activities. You do have to take a shuttle to most of these amenities FYI. We also enjoyed the restaurant Bunkers during our stay. Customer service overall was good!

That said the property is a bit dated and could benefit so much from more updates/renovations. For example, I think the paint peeling in the pool should be addressed asap. There is just so much potential here if they’ll keep updating it.

So, I wanted to take my daughter for a spa experience and chose Glade Springs. I upped our reservation to a Manor House Suite. The picture and description are SO VERY OFF. The Manor Houses are actually two story houses that have a central gathering area with a fire place, two fold out couches, a full kitchen and dining area for a small family or group. The 4 rooms on each floor have two queen beds, so yes, you would have to get all four rooms to sleep 12 and best of luck organizing 12 people in 4 bathrooms — yup, that’s just 4 toilets. And, at least in my view, there is nothing accessible about this place, including the doors out to the front porch which were locked tight. I was happy that we had the entire building to ourselves, not so happy that when I turned the bathroom fan on, a bunch of debris fell from the ceiling.||||As for the resort -- I'm sure the golfers are happy here. Everybody else, stay somewhere else, come here for the spa. The ladies were great. We were VERY happy with our massages, facials, and nail services. We also tried (and failed miserably) the escape room -- not the escape room fault. ||||The cost was a little out there for the room, but that was okay -- it was a treat. What I had a lot of grief for was that I was essentially double charged for "resort fees" (which I used none of) and spa fees (which I paid plenty for). ||||Bottom line -- don't believe what you see in the photos, and especially complain -- A LOT -- when you cannot get into buildings easily with a wheelchair, walker, or cane. And complain -- A LOT -- when you trip and fall from the crumbling brick stairs and walkways. To get into the fitness center, we had to call to get a door open in an area where the trash cans were stored. ||||Wow -- I almost forgot Amanda, the exceedingly rude front desk person and the very so-so breakfast that we didn't even bother with our second morning.

We had a great time! My husband and I celebrated our birthdays and had a nice night away from the kids. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, check in was smooth and quick, and the room and property were lovely. We would love to come back again sometime!

Rooms were run down, main resturant not open, breakfast very limited, could not get a scrambled egg. Sports cafe was good. Furniture in room was very lacking, large areas of tables lost finish. TV selections limited. Even with hone calls to front desk, no movies to watch.
