Kim has gone out of her way to help with our older pool. We were not a customer prior to 2024 (I always do my own pool work.) I opened my pool and discovered a leak in my liner. Kim squeezed us in to their busy schedule with her established clients. The company has gone above and beyond to help me get my liner repaired and the pool open. Kim always returned my call and took the time to share her knowledge.

We've used them for pool chemicals for years and they are always helpful when I have issues and need help. We recently purchased a hot tub from them and it was installed last week. Customer service is fantastic from the installation crew to the folks working inside the store. This is a family-owned business worth supporting. They are friendly and knowledgable. I'd give them 10 stars if Google would let me. 🙂

The staff was helpful and informative from day one. Installation crew was excellent and did an amazing job keeping the hole in our new deck for wiring close to the unit and just large enough for the pipe. Installer had great info and tips to get us started and the staff are always quick to answer questions and concerns. So very happy with our spa and the service we have been provided!

I don’t leave bad reviews ever, because I know we are all human and that we err. However, when a company blatantly lies and manipulates, it’s grounds for a PSA.
I have gotten in touch with The Pool and Spa store to inquire about their above ground pools. We were specifically interested in 32x16 Ovals. We met with one of their sales associates and he went over the different packages and pricing they offer. We agreed on a package and price. We were quoted $9500 for their 16X33 Gold package, and the price included installation, yes I am sure because I asked multiple times to make sure.
We then scheduled a site inspection, at which the price increased dramatically due to the excavation needed to level the site. We decided to tackle that excavation ourselves, and communicated that with the manager.
We made plans to visit with the sales associate to sign the needed documentation and to make a deposit to hold our place in line for installation, when we arrived, the sales associates document showed an entirely different price than the one we agreed on. Not only did they change the price from $9500 to over $10k they also wanted to charge a $2500 installation fee. They made me feel like I was crazy, that the conversation we have had, didn’t happen!
Thank goodness my mother was there at both meeting.
I wouldn’t trust this company. I’d rather pay more somewhere else and deal with honest individuals.

Went in for a new spa filter because my spa was not performing like I thought it should. Instead of selling me what I asked for, rep told me my filter was fine and saved me a ton of cash by selling me a filter cleaner...then spent the better part of 15 minutes explaining to me what may be going on with my tub and things I can check myself- regardless of the fact I was making a $10 purchase. Absolutely fantastic example of doing the right thing and having the customers best interests in mind instead of just the money. I’ll absolutely use this place from now on, and when it’s tome to replace my 8 year old spa I WILL be going here. Would and will recommend to anyone.
