We have been here at least 6 or 7 times overnight. It has a very nice, relaxing, smalltown feel. The staff are very courteous and seem very happy with their jobs. The hospitality overall is excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is nice and easy. The food we have had each time has been great and the pizza is absolutely awesome, cooked perfect every time. We mainly play the table games and have always had many, many hours of fun in doing so and not going home frustrated when we have lost. The dealers are always very nice and will explain any questions you may have. The pit bosses do as well. I'll say that anytime there has been any misunderstanding with a hand, the pit bosses have been more than fair to us especially when it's been our mistake. We love going there. Tim and Julie.

Great Food Choices… The Pizza is the BEST! In addition to the variety of food choices I’ll include that I’ve stayed in an entry level room as well as a suite, all rooms are up to date, clean and designed with style. They all smell pleasant too. Most casino rooms elsewhere have an odd smell. The Point doesn’t have any odd scents. Smells like mom’s house on a Sunday:) Definitely worth the money if someone needs a weekend away from home. Also the staff is helpful compared to most casinos how they don’t even say hi, genuinely kind staff here. Happy to have a casino like The Pointe near my residence.

The Point Casino is a small casino. It is jammed packed with video slot machines. You spend your money on a slot machine, and you are taking a chance of winning something. Chances are, you are more likely to lose your money than win anything.
This casino has a smoking and nonsmoking area. I was scoping out the casino when I decided to go to the sandwich shop.
I went to the sandwich shop to get a berger and curly fries. They charged me $18.00 for a meal that wasn't worth $5.00 and no drinks.
The bun was nice and thick, and the lettuce was big as well as the tomato, onion, and pickles. But the hamburger was so thin that you would think it was a credit card. It was thinner than Berger King burger. Jack in the box, ultimate cheese burger, has more meat than this burger. The curly fries were cold and hard. Prices aren't marked, and I can see why. Sticker shock. You order a meal and when you lean of the price you feel obligated to pay for it. The meal kinda left a bad taste in my mouth for the experience of playing in the casino. I didn't feel like playing in the casino. I've seen other casinos in the area charge similar prices for their burgers, and I've come to the conclusion that they all are trying to rip us off with inferior foods at ridiculous prices. My advice is to eat before going in or bring it with you.
Another interesting point, when they called me to pick up me meal, they had it boxed up in a carton like Chinese food and placed in a plastic bag as if to go when they knew that I was going to eat it in the dinning area. They could have used a tray and saved the packaging. Just Saying.

This has always been our favorite casinod/hotels. We've been coming here once every month or two for years. Unfortunately we can't come back. 😥

The hotel & casino staff are wonderful. The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are very comfortable. Food is excellent. The casino is fun... we've won some and lost some. They have an excellent rewards program and we almost as always get discounted rooms.

We have an old 14 year old dog and we often need/want to bring her. We are very responsible dog owners and always leave our room in excellent condition. Unfortunately some pet owners were not so responsible and they had to change their policy in January 2025. We don't blame them at all for having to do so. It's just sad that we can't return.

We've appreciated our many years there and the friends we made with staff.

My mom loves casinos! So when I come to visit from Wisconsin this is where she has me go. LOL. We spent the overnight, as my mom gambles enough she got a free night so that was pretty awesome. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. A smaller casino but a good variety of machines. It was a Monday and we played till we got 100 points and we got $10 food voucher for the deli and that was fun too

The port gamble police will absolutely harass you if you decide to go to your car and rest. I had my friends in there who still wanted to play so I decided to go to my car and relax. I was rudley woke up and questioned and committed no crime at all. I will NEVER return to this establishment and inform anyone who is going about this incident. There were 3 of them ganging up on me. They're supposed to be
public servants not gang members and it was absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous! They asked "who's in there" I told them it was my friend then they made me call her and then they went inside to make sure I wasn't lying about it. Total harassment!

Comfortable and clean rooms, plus very quiet. Big TV if you want to just relax in room. Very spacious too. I stayed in a double queen bed and family was next door. The hotel was very accommodating. I always enjoy staying here and my family finds the hotel very nice and easy to get to the casino without going outside.

I wish I could give this casino a better rating but I was a premier platinum player and used to love coming here. Till one day I was seen talking to according to their staff "the wrong crowd" who happened to be family members of mine. In which they banned me and won't accept my reentry letter nor will respond and let me know what I can do to get my ban lifted. I also cant get any one of the staff to even tell me an actual legit reason why they banned me.
