My husband and I got married Feb 1st this year. We spent our wedding night and weekend at Pinner House. Our stay was immaculate. The service in everyday was perfect and has given us a beautiful forever memory. The cottages and rooms were beautiful and Cafe Davina was delicious every single time. Thank you for everything!

I've driven by this place for quite a while but my sister and I decided to stop at Cafe Davina for breakfast/brunch. It took us a minute to decide but the hostess was helpful and patient. After ordering, we decided to sit in a bright corner. Once the food arrives, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation as well as the taste. Everything was absolutely SUPERB! The atmosphere was so comfortable that we talked for about another hour before we realized how long we had sat there after our meal! We will be back!!

Everything about this place is top tier. from the ambiance, to the food, to the service. Everything about it made it memorable and something worth coming back to.

Love that every room has a different theme but all still feels connected. Coffee is unique and pretty awesome. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved visiting the cafe inside the Pinner House. The charm of it really stole our hearts, so much so we went two days in a row. The first day was amazing, definitely a core memory for us as the experience and food was amazing. The coffee served was soooo smooth & the presentation was really what blew us away. Phoebe took our order and was such a doll. She was so kind and personable! The second day we visited was much busier, and while the staff was still very kind, the presentation of our coffee lacked as we were giving to go cups although we were dining in. The young man serving the food seemed really irritated and grumpy. He was walking around just looking very unhappy to be alive and it definitely ruined our experience a little bit. One out of orders was put in wrong and he argued with us and gave attitude although we were so understanding, we just wanted the correct sandwich. I’m still giving 5 stars because our experience was the first day was just that stellar.

The Pinner House is a dream to visit. The grounds are gorgeous and thoughtfully maintained, every pocket of this property is magical and I’ve been itching to book a stay. We stayed in the carriage house and for two people it was perfection.Both bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was nice to have available to us and the living area was a fun place to relax and play board games all night. The view from the porch is incredible and we were lucky to have great weather to really spend a lot of time relaxing there. If I could describe our stay in just a few words it would be “it’s in the details”. From the stained glass windows to the warm delicious breakfast to the kind and welcoming vibes of the owners, no area of our stay was under looked in any way. This b&b is a Suffolk gem and I would recommend it to anyone coming from near or far.

The charm of the house and the grounds were far more impressive than expected. The cleanliness of the room and the cafe was refreshing and I'm still having trouble wrapping my head around all the classy details presented by the hosts. From water on the nightstands, to fresh flowers, to an enchanted forest dinning experience, my stay in Suffolk, at the Pinner House, was extremely memorable.

I had a lovely stay at the Pinner House, in Cottage 1, recently. Everything there is beautifully and tastefully done. Even if you choose not to explore downtown Suffolk’s restaurants, brewery, cultural arts center, and wine shop, there is much to do at the Pinner House. Cafe Davina (on-site) serves delicious food, the gardens and firepit areas are also beautiful, and the fountain area is perfect for a glass of wine. Don’t miss the magical magnolia tree, where you can dine underneath this adorable lit area.

What a great place to stay in Suffolk! My wife and I were so happy to find this place when looking for places to stay in Suffolk while we were visiting our family and conducting some business in the area. We have stayed in both the main house and one of the private cottages and both have beautiful decor, comfortable bedding, and extra ammentadities to make for an inviting and relaxing escape. The hosts Kris and Alan are truly wonderful people and very accommodating to whatever your needs are during your stay. The landscaping and extra outdoor accommodations just add to the charm and not to mention the delicious crepe and coffee shop. We will definitely come back and recommend to all we know, when visiting the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Kurt and Yvette
