My wife and I stayed here over Valentines day weekend. Can't say too many good things about this place. The Innkeepers have done a wonderful job renovating this old house. They kept the original charm while adding some modern conveniences. Each room is unique with it's own charm. The Innkeepers Ken and Candy are wonderful. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and take pride in making all their guest feel welcome. We also enjoyed the breakfasts, classic dishes with a unique twist. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This B&B exceeded our expectations! The house is rich in history and they restored it beautifully. I couldn’t get enough of the wood work and little details that brought this home to life! Ken showed us around and you could see the pride in his eyes! We had a blast in the basement with the pool table, big game hunter, foosball table and cards! Candi cooked an amazing breakfast, which now I’ll be making! We loved talking with Ken and Candi as they were outstanding hosts. This home is in a quaint little town perfect for relaxing! I already wanting to come back and stay for longer! Thanks for a memorable experience!

This is an amazing home! Rich with history, and beauty! We meet Ken as soon as we pulled up. He took us on a tour of the house and let us get settled in. The location was great, right in town. Ken gave us a few suggestions for dinner that was helpful. The breakfast that Ken prepared for us was great. It was more then we had expected. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing get away. We will be back and plan to bring family along on an adventure. Thank you so much for your hospitality Ken.

Spend my bf and I's anniversary trip at the pearl inn. The place is super cute and clean which are great things of course. However, the standout was definitely the service. Ken, the innkeeper, was super welcoming and very sweet. The food was amazing!! I've already recommended the place to some of my friends. 😄

The Pearl Inn is a beautiful house with all the amenities. Our breakfast was fabulous. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near the marina, with a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. Cape Disappointment State Park is a short drive away.

We had an amazing stay. The Pearl is a beautifully restored building, and the Chinook room with the fireplace and sauna was delightful. Ken was a great host, super friendly, accommodating, and with lots of tips and info about the area. Breakfast was great too!

Terrific and personal hosts! Ken even accepted my wife’s challenge to a foosball match in the restored game room.
Especially high quality beds and linens, and tastefully decorated throughout in a turn of the century style.
Located conveniently in an extremely quiet residential area, without traffic or other noise. A real value, fun place to stay when exploring the Astoria/ Long Beach area!

The Owners Ken and Candy are the best hosts. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are updated but retain their historical charm. Bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed two nights in the late fall. Suggest a fall or winter stay to experience the wild Pacific coast.
