The Peacock has such a colorful and warm vibe. I had the most amazing cup of Aztec hot chocolate here…rich, thick, perfectly spiced and they even accommodated me with a dairy-free version. I’ve never tasted anything like it anywhere else!! The menu pricing is super reasonable, too. I ordered a charcuterie board, which included a delicious variety of cheeses, meats, crackers & fruit; fun snack, plenty for two people (with leftovers!) for less than the cost of a fast food meal. Definitely go check them out, great hang out spot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have always made a stop for coffee at The Peacock on the Parkway whenever we visit town, so you can imagine our excitement when he expanded into cocktails and food at the new location in Kennewick! The space felt extremely cozy and relaxing, and the cocktails were some of the best we had ever had! High recommendations for the Espresso Martini, Manhattan, French 75, Espresso-infused Bourbon, and our favorite, the Green Tea Shots! I love the innovative mindset that the owner has- always looking for new and unique methods for coffee and cocktails! This is a MUST VISIT!

The atmosphere, service, coffee quality, and variety are great, but the pricing is a concern. I ordered a 16oz latte with sugar-free vanilla, and after taxes, it came to $8.07. I could barely afford to tip the barista. Additionally, the barista didn’t fill my coffee all the way to the top. I understand inflation, but it would be nice if the drinks were a bit more affordable.

It's been nice to see this location transformed into a comfortable coffee house and cocktail bar. The in-house roasted coffee is very good, and the proprietor is an extremely detail-oriented person that takes care of all the little things that make a consistently great cup of coffee. Beans and syrups have been chosen for their quality.

I haven't had any of the cocktails here, but they have several great beers on tap, at least one cider (my spouse is not a beer drinker, but she likes a good cider...)

While I gave this place 5 stars for service, you do need to order at the counter, as there is no dedicated wait staff. Our pizza was delivered to the table on the patio, but (I think) there's an expectation that you'll bus your own dishes when you're done. As I do the same thing at home, I don't see that as a problem.

It's early April as I write this, and the patio is now open, expanding the available seating. It's a fully covered patio on the north side, so you can sit outside without being blasted by sunshine as you enjoy your food and drink.

This new location is awesome!! Open, quiet, spacious and the same delicious coffee! This is the Tri cities PREMIER coffee shop, at an affordable price. Can't reccomend it enough

I, too, had a strange experience with the owner.

I had bought a bottled soda from the frozen yogurt shop down the street and, instead of taking it to my car, brought it with me into this coffee shop. I had no intention of opening this bottle within the coffee shop.

At first, the owner was polite, but then he loudly demanded to know what I was holding. I initially thought he mistook it for alcohol, but when I showed him it was a sealed soda, he said, "That doesn't matter," and claimed it was "against state law to bring an outside beverage into the shop."

I have no issue with a coffee shop prohibiting outside food and drink—that's entirely reasonable. What bothered me was the owner's tone and demeanor. It felt like he was trying to belittle me in front of his employees and other customers. Would it be so difficult to politely ask someone to take their drink outside? Store policies can be enforced in a more courteous manner. His confrontational attitude made me uncomfortable, so I left.

This place is a hidden gem! My friends and I enjoyed the fun atmosphere, comfy seating, and delicious coffee drinks. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who handled an unexpected afternoon rush all on his own like a total pro. We’ll definitely be back!
