I don’t know how to express this place in words but everyone has to go here. You want healthy, fun, uplifting and welcoming environment in your life guys The Parks is that environment. The girls who work there are so positive, friendly, supportive it’s like you can sit in there for hours and just feel so at ease and think you’re away on a mental vacation. The drinks are absolutely amazing, the donuts are fire. It’s so worth it and not only that but the Owner is a fitness coach so if you feel lost but want to workout you can go talk to her and she will get you set where you need too! But guys seriously I would try this place because you will find yourself in Lakeside more than you imagined. Look at these photos okay I’m hooked so you join the club now too! 🫶🏽

This place is genius, so glad to find a delicious protein shake without breaking the bank and it not just being a sugary smoothie place. The vibe is fun, the staff is always friendly and seems to know their stuff. The drinks are so creative and flavorful.

love , love ,love this place the acai bowls are amazing and the place is adorable loved the owners attention to detail gives the place just the right touch of good positve vibes. Definitely coming back soon. Totally worth the drive to lakeside.

Delicious! I got the peaches and cream, and it hit the spot just right! I had run out of the house this morning without my normal shake and knew that I needed to get something in my belly, but I wanted to avoid fast food. I'm thankful I was able to get my protein and vitamins on the go! Love the atmosphere, and the customer service was great! Highly recommend 👍

Amazing shakes and teas. The shakes are tasty. I loved this watermelon tea. I spiced it up with a chamoy and tajin rim. Both drink options have great sizes! I will definitely be back!
