It's truly disappointing that a restaurant with such fantastic food and a stunning atmosphere is let down by its poor service. The waitstaff is slow to respond, and they leave dirty plates sitting on the table between courses, which really detracts from the overall experience. This place has the potential to be the BEST restaurant in Lafayette, BUT the staff clearly lacks proper training. They urgently need to invest in better training or consider replacing the entire team, starting with the host at the front who sets the tone for the whole dining experience.

The epitome of fake luxury accompanied by overpriced subpar food and rude waitstaff operating with the idea their sarcastic and off putting comments land well. To start, parking is a disaster with no clearly marked handicapped accessible parking near the restaurant (a massive ADA violation) and it seemed most people parked in unsafe and unmarked areas. While some food items were well made such as the beet salad and mashed potatoes (a side) and the atmosphere was nice, the rest was a disappointment. 3 of my party of 4 ordered the filet mignon as a result of the other menu items having odd pairings. My older father ordered the salmon and the waitress made him feel bad for ordering something different than the rest of us while also making him feel stupid for not knowing the normal temperature a salmon is cooked at. When the food arrived at first glance all appeared well until it felt like I was sawing into a block of wood when trying to cut my steak. Then upon my first bite I wondered if I had actually been served a charcoal brick. I am quite familiar with quality restaurant steaks and understand that it is normal to have a nice char on a steak, this however was not a char it was burnt. A very tiny portion of the already small steak was edible due to the thick burnt crust. For a dinner costing over $300 for 4 people I would expect pleasant waitstaff and food that makes me want to come back for more. This experience was highly disappointing which is a shame as it was an 18th birthday dinner. I hope these criticisms are taken well and improvements are made to ensure no more steaks are wasted and waitstaff learns to adjust their humor to stop being rude to patrons.

We ventured down to the old Park Bistro & Bar for what I thought would be a delightful anniversary meal. My god was I wrong! The food, vibe and decor was all on point, though pretty over priced. My main beef is with the service. We were over charged for a pricey bottle of wine by accident. 'Ah the manager is walking past, I'll mention this to him' I said to myself. My mistake. He seemed to find this incredibly irritating, and might be one of the most unfriendly chaps I've ever come across in a 'fine dinner establishment'... We paid for the expensive wine. The waitress though was a sweet and nice lady. Moral of the story? If you're okay with tasty but very overprice food be my guest, but oh-boy oh-boy, beware the of the server in a big red jacket, his rudeness knows no bounds.

We came here for the Valentine's Day dinner menu and we're sadly disappointed in the luke warm Sea Bass and lack of any Plant Based options after being assured several times beforehand that the chef would be accommodating as they have in the past.
Service was friendly but, slow. The kitchen and staff must have been as overwhelmed as we were underwhelmed!

Our first time eating in the Bistro in almost 2 years.
We were initially seated outside but, they only had one heater for the whole patio at the opposite end? It was a cold evening, hope that they plan to get more heaters for the patio?
Good thing we moved inside since the food took a little over an hour to get the soup. The food was delicious and they were able to modify a few of the dishes for a Vegan diet!
A manager (I assume) came by our table and apologized for the delay.
Apparently the Kitchen was overwhelmed? There seemed to be quite a few holiday party groups there Friday night.

Everyone was friendly and attentive. Overall, the food and drinks were tasty! Corn soup did have a little bit of a weird aftertaste, but the margarita was perfect!

Best spot for filet mignon or beef in town! The braised short rib is a must, full of flavor, tender, and perfect portions. This is the only restaurant around that serves filet mignon, and it is made to perfection, especially with the side sauce options. The truffle mac and cheese is also a must. All the staff are friendly, helpful with recommendations, and elevated the experience. The atmosphere is romantic and comfortable. Also family friendly! The restaurant is inside of the hotel, limited parking in front but plenty in the garage at no cost. A large indoor dining area with some covered outdoor dining as well. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service. It did take a while to get our food but was worth the wait. Really loved the mocktail options! I'm definitely planning to frequent this location and would highly recommend it!
