Absolutely fantastic bedding! After all, what do you most want for a night's stay? The place was quiet (even right on the street, with a great view of Lake Gregory), clean, well equipped: despite saying it does not have a microwave or fridge, it did... And, it has a coffee pot, with a couple of coffees to make. And, snacks and water in the room for free!! We loved this place; we'll be back.

This is place is in me and my husbands top 5 favorite places to stay. They have the most comfortable rooms, each one is decorated differently and you will feel like it’s your home away from home. The hospitality is the best you’ll ever find, and I truly mean that. The front desk people, Nannette and Abdul are so friendly and accommodating. They really make you feel at home. There’s not one bad thing my husband or I could ever say about the north shore inn. 10000/10

Loved this place and the service! The location of my room was perfect & parking. The balcony was great. A little more view of Lake Gregory would have been wonderful, but I enjoyed what I had. The only suggestions I can provide the owner & management is the bedding ensemble could use a new refreshed update since they look very worn and some of the decorative pillows are torn & the comforter is faded. It's very nice they provide a small refrigerator and a microwave. You may help your guests to see what they are heating up by providing a small light that can be used to see the buttons since it is inside a lower cabinet. The room presented clean, but I need to mention the counter area with the chair was very sticky, so I needed to clean it right away. Abdullah is extremely helpful and polite, perfect for the Inn. Will enjoy the Inn another time and the same room and hope the bedding ensemble will be newly refreshed it really needs it 😊 very comfortable to sleep in.

If you're looking for a cozy, quiet, and local place to spend a relaxing time in, you must choose The North Shore Inn. This little gem is simply.....simple.....and we just love that about it. In addition, the gentleman who checked us in was very kind and made the process seamless. It's conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, lake access, and more. We love supporting small businesses, and this one is definitely worth supporting.

We stayed at North Shore Inn for a few weeks and during our time everything was wonderful. The hotel is located in the best spot in the mountain community to truly enjoy a relaxing getaway. Abdul at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and he is doing a wonderful job there. I recommend this place to whoever wants to visit Crestline, it is definitely a must for mountain lovers.

This location was superb for our 3-day stay in the area for a wedding. We were only 10 minutes and a few miles away from the venue. ||The rooms are small but cozy at the North Shore Inn. Ours had a small veranda with a view of the tree-blocked lake and overlooked the small business area. The hotel is close to eateries, a fabulous grocery store (Goodwin & Sons), 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and the local Crestline Cafe (great food). There is a Mexican restaurant next door but we didn't get to try it. ||There isn't daily cleaning service, but you can ask for whatever you need from Abdul who seemed to run and maintain the place. (We got fresh towels and garbage bags as needed.) ||A small refrigerator is in the room, along with a coffee maker, bottled water, and snacks. Refills for the snacks, bottled water, and coffee packets are available upon request. ||On arrival, we had a problem with our refrigerator (it was brand new) that caused concern, since I keep my extra insulin refrigerated. Abdul could not get it working, so he got an electrician to pop by within 10 minutes to get the appliance operating. Abdul was very helpful, friendly, and respectful (always called me Maam---and in a nice way).||The towels were decent, and soap, shampoo, and conditioner are offered. ||My only complaint was that there are tons of decorative pillows that just get in the way in such a small space. (I threw them in the closet.) Management should trade them in for some decent (more firm) sleeping pillows. ||The price was reasonable for the area, especially because we got a 10% discount for being senior citizens (65 and older).||Not sure if we will ever be back in this area, but if I decide to buy a small hotel or B&B, I would definitely hire Abdul to run it! 🙂

This place is wonderful. Great location and easily accessible. Rooms are great and this unfortunately I know isn’t their fault but my room/bed is infested with bed bugs. It’s inevitable sometimes and I know it’s not their fault if someone else brings them in but this is a bummer. I don’t think they are aware of this yet, and I’m sorry to share but I would want someone to mention this before I booked a room. Other than that everything else is amazing. Still highly recommend this place. Price is great and location is amazing. Service is fantastic!

This was a great spot. Views o plenty. There's stores within walking distance. There's a couple noce loops you can take on foot. Or in a car. Walk your dog or just a relaxing walk on your own. The mountain air was crisp and beautiful sights everywhere you look. Bring warm clothes, even if its watm in the day, it drops down pretty cool, to even cold at night. In winter its brisk in ghe daylight but nice. In tbe shade its a bit colder. This is a wonderful place to get away for a romantic weekend. Enjoy yourself. Take the time to relax and just breath here.
