There are so many things I love about this hotel. ||The staff are all great, so friendly and competent. The rooms are generously sized, and very nicely appointed. Clean too! ||Great lobby and restaurant, with excellent food. ||I come here a lot, and it's a wonderful hotel at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

The best hotel experience yet! A very beautiful place. Very friendly staff and fabulous food in the restaurant. I was there for a conference and appreciated all the details that went into ensuring the experience was seamless.

Very elegant. Loved the coffee machine in my room. The pillows were great, but the bed had a low spot. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were fabulous!

Amazing hotel! Customer service, over the top. Gorgeous and spotlessly clean, luxurious rooms!

Beautiful decor and one of the managers, Cailey, is amazing! She is so smart, friendly, heartwarming and knows how to make the Customer feel important. Can't wait for my wife to visit and try out the spa!

A must stay in Rancho Murrieta! You will not be disappointed!

Nice hotel, pretty, decent food, and nice staff. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear everything from the room next door, which was very unpleasant. I would not recommend for this reason alone, which is a shame because everything else was lovely.

Absolutely horrible service at the restaurant! Poor hygiene. Baffling inefficiency. The server with the braids was particularly bad. She clearly doesn't care about customers. Someone like that will make you lose business. I've had numerous friends in the area tell me not to bother going to this restaurant, I should have listened to them.

I recently treated myself to a spa treatment. I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a spa. From start to finish, every detail was perfectly curated to provide relaxation and results.

The spa exuded tranquility, with calming music, soft lighting, and a subtle aroma of lavender. The treatment room was immaculately clean, cozy, and inviting. The esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. She explained every step and gave helpful tips for maintaining my skin between visits.
This spa/facial was worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back!

impromptu overnighter. missed the the basic q tips, cotton balls, & napkins by the appreciated morning coffee bar, otherwise great stay. Enjoyed a couple drinks at the very nice bar.
